Very kind staff, very clean room, nice breakfast. Located a little bit out of the center (20 min walk to city center, 10 min walk to beach), which for me was a plus because it is a bit calmer. Bonus: very cute cat.

Rooms definitely could have been cleaner the floor was quite dirty. A/C in the room drops water in a can inside the room, not ideal for a light sleeper. The bathroom bin was still dirty from previous guests, also ants where living with us in our room. Train tracks are just next to the property so it might be noisy at times. Definitely not an ideal place if you are picky.

The wifi was rated a 10 but I beg to differ. We could not get very good reception and thus were not able to FaceTime our family. Also, there was not a lot of hot water and our toilet smelled

This wasn't really a proper B & B - just a complex of stark room units on a site just out of town. The only staff member we ever saw was the breakfast lady/cleaner. Check-in was done by photos on whatsapp and there was nobody there at check-out - we just left the keys in a room optimistically called the Office. The big downside to there being nobody present was that we had to deal with a very noisy and potentially violent incident from around 1030 pm. There were loud crashes right outside the large window of our room which followed 30 minutes of very loud arguments. I opened the window to come face to face with a large, wild-looking man wielding a baseball bat. I managed to quieten him down and eventually peace was restored at about 1115 pm. My wife meanwhile was calling the owners and all they said was that we should have called them earlier and that it was probably a neighbour who they knew about - great. As far as we know nobody came to investigate.

Linens and towels were old and full of stains. The bed mattress was VERY uncomfortable, you could feel every spring. It also did not fit the frame, leaving some very weird gaps. Now, about the bathroom. It's in a really bad state, full of salts, stains and rust. It also smelled really bad after the first time we used it. There was also a big issue with the hot water, we left it running for a few minutes, water was barely hot and even then it was coming and going all the time.

Friendly guy at the check-in, gave us some bottles of water. Good parking space.

The outdoor area, perfect spot, only thing missed was a pool, apart from that, spotless.

Perfect experience, only stopped for a night, but Daniele, and he wife made our stay perfect, very friendly and happy to accommodate everything you need. Cherry on top of cake, Rosalba scramble eggs, top notch.

You should walk 15 minutes to get to the center . The appartment is located in front of a principal road . The breakfast is veryyyy basic & not tasty

The managers were so lovely ! The breakfast was good and the room was amazing. Great place to stay in if you need to park your car.

There is almost no soundproofing in the rooms, everything can be heard. We couldn't find the staff in the morning when checking out. Good to that you can get to the city center of Cefalu on a busy narrow sidewalk.

It was adequate for one night but nothing special. Breakfast was basic.

Because of unexpected circumstances that staff had it wasn’t possible to have a breakfast. Everything can happen and it’s understandable but I assume that for such situations the backup plan is needed.

Room and the bathroom were clean. Communication with staff quick and easy.

Our room was in front of the train rails. so if you want to sleep early and can’t sleep with noise, buy a pair of ear plugs for noise reduction.

Daniele is amazing. He was super friendly and recommended nice place to eat and visit. There is a free private parking which is very convenient. and of course the view on the sea is superb.
