A bit far from the train station, 40 minutes walking.

The breakfast was good. The location was in the Sargazzo, half an hour on foot from the historical district. Lots of restaurants in the area. A very good apartment nicely decorated.

If the hotel windows overlook the lobby, it may be a bit noisy. The room's soundproofing is not well, one can hear conversations and toilet usage from the neighbouring room.

It’s a historical hotel located close to main train station. Walking distance to all the places and museums. The staff is nice and helpful. Hotel has a lot rooms. clean, valued for money.

The street outside our winddow was VERY NOISY well into the early am, like 2:00! We had trouble falling asleep. Seems like that street has a lot of young people meeting and partying between 11pm and 2:00 am, large crowds, loud conversations, engines revving, etc.

Street pedestrians and traffic was a little noisy on the Saturday night. Shower pretty small. No eating/drinking facilities at all (plates, kettle etc).

Great location, close to the Arno, an easy walk from the station, simple, clean, all that is needed for a 2-night stay.

Complicated layout and key access took some mental gymnastics to get used to. Felt a bit like a convent with a wheelchair accessible shower(despite the absence of elevator access to our room)

The en-suite was a wet room, so the floor got wet quickly and became a little slippery

It was in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk away from lots of wonderful restaurants and bars. It was quiet and the building had a lot of character. We were able to leave our luggage in large lockers upon departure to collect later in the day. There were common areas with some books to read, the guide on Italy we found especially handy to learn some more information about the areas we had visited. Staff were friendly

This is a very nice place to spend a few nights just about 15-minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio, the medieval bridge over the Arno River which makes it an excellent base for exploring the city. It is wheelchair accessible and the room we stayed in was equally accessible with a good walk-in shower and great air conditioning. The staff are very friendly and although our booking did not include breakfast there are lots of place for breakfast close by.

Spartan older rooms, my window looked at a wall ( my sons room on the 2nd floor overlooked a magnificent area with an old sculptured fountain.

Only one plug in the room to use this is made it difficult to charge phones etc: also would of been great if we had a mirror in the living space

There was no breakfast available. However, instead there are machines for beverages and snacks and you can find several bars etc. in the neighbourhood.

The historic building was a great. The single room was quite big and had the view to the garden courtyard. The room and bathroom were clean, though a bit old style.

If I had to point out something it would be that it is a bit of a walk to the main attractions (about 20 minutes) but in a pleasant neighbourhood.

I had a very good stay. Room was decent size, functional with a comfortable bed. Very clean. Amazing building with nice atmosphere. Lovely staff. Very good value for money. There are a many lovely places to eat nearby. I would stay again.

The bathroom stinks and also the property account got hacked, asked us to send passport and payment detail to an external link, is not their fault but just be careful!

Really spacious, relatively good price, really nice staff and clear instructions. With a lovely shared balcony.
