The walls are really thin and you can hear everything the other people are doing in their rooms. The room temeprature wasn't that high, there were moments when it was chilly, and moments when it was just right. The staff explained to us that they do not control the heat, the administrative staff of the entire building does.

Great location! Only a seven minutes calm walk from the train station. 1 minute walk from the bus stations. 15 minutes walk to a big supermarket, Interspar. The owner (or manager) was very polite and helpful. He patiently gave us all the necessary explanations regarding the property and the use of it, of the keys. The place is clean. It is basically a room in a larger apartment. We had a room for 3 people, one king size bed and a single bed. We had hot water all the time.

-had to wait more than half an hour for the host to come -the street doesn't look the safest. A lot of homeless people gathering at the corner -not that close to the train station and the bus going to Venice, unreliable. Using the train was still better -the place is clean but doesn't feel homey. Needs a repaint.

The only thing I did not appreciate was the thin walls. You could hear the people talking in the other rooms late at night, which made it difficult to sleep. A suggestion: Everyone should be quiet between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

I stayed in a cozy, bright and beautifully decorated single room with separate bathroom and kitchen. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen has most of what you need. The shared apartment is located close to the Mestre train station, the price is affordable and it is clean.

Dealing with several keys just to get in is a bit of a pain. Sometimes the cleaners in the morning can be noisy.

Location might need a bit of attention at night as a solo traveller.

The host was very kind and nice -- did the check-in intro in details and special arrangement of check-in time was agreed when I tried asking if luggage storage is possible; Clean, tidy and practical with necessary utensils and household appliance; <10min walking to train station.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything about the apartment and the stay was excellent.

The apartment was truly beautiful, with a cozy decoration and well-maintained spaces. It was very clean, organized, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, which made us feel at home from the very first moment. The location was excellent as well—quiet, yet close to shops, restaurants, and transportation, which made it very easy to get around. The host was extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions we had. He gave us very useful recommendations about the area and made sure we didn’t miss anything during our stay. You can really see the dedication and care he puts into both the apartment and his guests. I would definitely recommend this place without hesitation, and if we have the chance to return, we would gladly stay here again. It was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end.

This was the best hotel stay I have had in years. The bed was perfect! I suffer from severe back pain if I do not have a firm bed. The only bed I have slept in to rival this one is the bed I have at home. The staff were exceptiponally friendly and helpful: nothing was too much. Communication was excellent. Everything was spotless. I am hoping very much that I can stay here again when I return next year.

Ideal accomodation for visiting Venice. It is close to train station and bus stops and also to grocery shops. Huge bonus is private bathroom, which is absolutely amazing for this price. The host, Mr Sabir, is the best, very kind and always there to help. The first day of my stay, I had a trouble with outside gate but mr host rescued me in a minute. I would definitely choose this place again.

Couldn't for the life of me open the gate to the apartment building. Also, shower head was broken when we got there, but got immediately replaced.

Special arrangements were made to welcome me after the normal working hours due to my late flight.The guide went out off his way to help as I missed the location. The room was neat, tidy, and very comfortable. Great place for a short or long stay. I will recommend this hotel.

There is no sign that it's a hotel, cause they rent a floor in a multi-floor house where ordinary people live. That’s why they don’t have a Reception – you need to inform them on WhatsApp, at what time you will arrive, and a guy who is responsible for this hotel will come at this time. But they are responsible, so don't worry.

It’s clean and quite – only 5 rooms. I was lucky to meet Sabir – he was very kind, bought me a ticket to Marko Polo for next day in some bar (I arrived late) and even accompanied me to show a bus stop to airport from Mestre. Thank you very much!

it was great for how much we paid. the manager was very nice, he waited for us at the door and explained everything clearly. we were even given coffee. it was very clean. the only downside is that the walls are very thin and you can hear everything through them.
