It was very comfortable, spacious and the host was accomodating and not overbearing whenever in contact, there were plentiful vouchers for a free breakfast and before we left we got given a free drink from the host at the café a short walk away.

Felt 50 euro tad additionally was a bit much. Nowhere where we were during our holiday, we paid that much "Breakfast included" was a bit misleading as the breakfast was only 1 hotel drink 1 cold drink 1 croissant We struggled a bit with the Geyser Not always enough hot how water of we all wanted to shower in the same time frame

Beautifully decorated Unit was very very clean, spacious and overall just LOVELY Owner/host was super friendly and helpful - with everything. Not only related to the unit but also with any other enquiries we had. Location very central for going to San siro soccer stadium Free parking is an xtra bonus!

No criticism

The host Alessandro could not have been more accommodating or supportive during our stay. We initially had some reservations due to some superficial observations around building works that were taking place in the area but we quickly came to realise those concerns were due to our ill judgement. I could not recommend this accommodation and its host more strongly. It was a “dream come true” trip to an iconic football stadium that lived up to my preconceptions in no small part due to the accommodation and most of all due to its incredible host.

Maybe it's a little far from the city centre but it's easy to get around

I usually stay in appatments when we travel around Europe and this property is really impressive, it's exactly like the photos , everything is there too so you don't need to bring toiletries or condiments. The rooms are good, there's free Netflix, WiFi and drinks! Plus a free croissant when we arrived!

The apartments are quite far out of the city centre, but this was a very minor issue because there were great public transport links and Alessandro gave good advice how to access.

Really great apartments, very comfy, clean and spacious, with good facilities, including fully equipped kitchen and Netflix on tv. Alessandro, the owner, was super friendly and really helpful, gave us complimentary breakfast at the cafe up the road that he also runs, and gave us great advice about public transport, where to eat and what to visit.

I had a very pleasant stay in this loft. The space is well-designed and clean. The open layout makes it feel spacious, and it's equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient. The host was professional and responded promptly to any questions. Overall, it's a solid choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and functional place to stay! :)

It is possible to hear the neighbours from the apartment above. Sometimes loud enough to awaken you. However, this is not problematic enough to become a nuisance and should not spoil the experience for you.

Exceptionally clean and very spacious. Everything you need to be fully self contained and comfortable. Very close to transport links with a frequent bus service, literally 3 minutes walk from the property. The host runs a cafe 2 minutes walk away and is never intrusive. The doors lock and open automatically with a simple pass code.

The waterfall feature on the shower almost floods the bathroom so would avoid using that if you can!

The apartment was so clean. Beautifully decorated. Alessandro was the perfect host who couldn’t do enough for us. He was great. There is a bus right around the corner too which is great.

The tenants above the unit were a little noisy at times but not sure if anything could be done about that.

We felt very welcome when we arrived. Alessandro was fantastic- enabled us to have an early check in after a very long flight. Was friendly and professional with showing us around etc.

We really liked everything. Everything was perfect. I would definitely return back without any thoughts. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Everything! It was perfect. Spotless clean, all items necessary provided (cold drinks, plenty of towels, cutlery, plates, soaps, hair shampoo, etc), great air-conditioning turned on before we arrive for a cool atmosphere. It truly exceeded our expectations. The lovely delicious croissant and coffee in the morning was just the cherry on the top.

The pictures are for a different unit then the one we stayed in, which had one bedroom and the second bed was in a loft area so not exactly a “room”, as it was open to the common kitchen area, but we made it work.

Wonderful apartment, unique and cool decor, host was very responsive and attentive and provided nice snacks and drinks for us on our arrival. Great location for the San Siro stadium as the bus line 80 gets you there and back without as much walking. Overall great!

No iron/ironing board. No “real” mugs for hot tea.

Convenient location with excellent host. Perfect for our family of four. Loved the historical references and industrial fixtures. Very interesting. Great selection of “cornetti” for our Italian breakfast.

The apartment was a perfect place to stay for visiting the Milan area. It might be a little problematic getting to it without a car. If you want to go into Milan, there is a frequent bus service and then the metro, however if your journey back is late at night you will wait for the bus for 45 mins so maybe get a taxi from the rank at De Angeli station. If you have a car there is street parking all around the property. The accommodation has everything you need. It has a full kitchen, plenty hot water, comfortable beds, free Netflix and very good wifi, even umbrellas for the most spectacular of rain. Everything on the booking.com advert is accurate and the photos are up to date (6/2024). Alessandro the host was very helpful throughout my stay and answered questions very quickly.

A small issue but it would have been nice to have a dining table to sit around as we were a group. They had a long table with 4 adjacent seats which didn’t make for the best dining/social experience.

Communication with Alex was great. He was prompt in his responses via WhatsApp, even helped to arrange taxi transport with a friend’s company. The apartment was tastefully decorated and very comfy. Location was in a residential area, need to take a bus to the nearest metro station (~30mins)
