The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Alessandro and Claudio were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering great local tips on transportation and nearby restaurants. Their hospitality made our stay in Florence even more enjoyable. Thank you very much Alessandro and Claudio, we would love to return one day.

The location is a bit far away from the city centre though it is connected by tram so that does at least get you closer but not all the way. Wasn't a problem for us but it's something to be aware of

The hosts are so so sweet and wonderful, we immediately felt welcomed and they provided great recommendations for the area. They even provided free small snacks and coffee in the kitchen which we were able to use to our heart's content. The place was so clean and tidy, I have no complaints. You have storage space as well! I personally really liked the location since it was quiet and near a fantastic café.

Nothing, it was spot on!

Claudia and Alessandro were amazing, they really went above and beyond to make me feel at home and to make sure I had a lovely stay, even inviting me in for a home cooked Italian meal and showing me around the city. The room was beautiful and so comfortable, with a great kitchen facility that was well stocked with pastries and fruit and fresh bottles of water in the fridge each day, as well as tea and coffee. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is perfect, just a 25 minute walk into the city centre and right next to a tram stop. There's a fab arinici place at the end of the street and great gelato just around the corner. I cannot recommend this place enough, if I'm ever back in Florence this will be my go to every time!!

Lovely large room, with a comfortable bed and a kitchenette. The owners were lovely and friendly and helped with our luggage on arrival. There was a coffee machine in the kitchen area, and the kitchenette was always stocked with water, croissants, muffins and fruit. Location was good, whilst not right in the city centre it was only a 2 minute walk to the tram station. Great ice cream and pizza shop nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, we highly recommend it! If you’re looking for a welcoming, cozy, clean, fully equipped, and perfectly located place to stay in Florence, this is it! The hosts are incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. Although we arrived earlier than our check-in time we were able to leave our bags in our room and come back within the hour. A common area is filled with coffee, tea, snacks, and water bottles, which was a lovely surprise during the warm weather! Also, there is a fridge where you are able to store some groceries. The room itself is spacious, comes with a desk and sitting area, wonderful storage, and an incredibly comfortable bed! The bathroom is also spacious and has a vanity for storage. You can really tell that the hosts put a lot of thought and attention into these rooms, you’ll have everything you need! But, without a doubt, the best part of our stay was getting to know the hosts, who are so kind, thoughtful, and helpful, they made our stay in Florence so special and we cannot thank them enough! We’ll definitely be visiting again in the future!

Located in quiet neighborhoods even though the railway was in the back,the windows was soundproof .Tram stop at 2 min away, 4 stops from stazione Santa Novella. Very clean,good bed and pillows. We slept very good! We met just Claudia, she is very kind,sweet host she gave us tips and advices.

Excellent apartments, cleanliness at the highest level, very caring and friendly landlady and her husband. Everything is cozy and compact. The kitchen has everything for a light breakfast, coffee, tea, croissants, pastries, apples and water, all included in the price of accommodation. There is a refrigerator for storing your own products. The location is perfect, walk to the center for 20 minutes. Many thanks to the owners and best wishes!

Everything, there is not enough words to express how wonderful this accomodation is. Comfortable bed, soft towels, and warm hospitality, Alessandro and Claudia have prepared a beautiful accommodation that is near to the tram three stops from the main station. Nice quiet neighbourhood, with small shops and cafes nearby. Easy tram ride to main station which is in easy reach of all tourist sites.
