Good location you live just a 5-minute walk from the main square of gena. In the vicinity there are grocery stores, cafes and a bakery.

The description of the apartment does not match the reality. There is no stove. There is no oven. There is a washing machine, but it is not allowed to use it and it is washed every day by the laundry from other apartments, so in fact, you live in a laundry. There is a small kitchen for 5 rooms. For the most part, there is simply no need to cook. Most likely, these apartments are rented to students during the academic year, and for the summer they are rented by the day. The worst apartment on our last trip, if you want to stay in a dormitory, this apartment is your choice, but if you're looking for something else, look elsewhere. In terms of comfort and convenience, this apartment is terrible. Although it's marketed as a family-friendly apartment, which was misleading, you'll find that it's not comfortable for families to stay there. There were always mosquitoes in the room, and the shower and toilet, located next to the kitchen behind a thin plastic curtain, were a separate story.

Clean, well equipped,close to the center

Impossible to contact them in English, everything sent had to be translated in italian. They messed up our room and sent another family to our room at 12.30 at night...that was trying to enter while we were sleeping. Never apologized!

Ashensori bente shume zhurme. Shume here, mbetej i bllokuar. Dhoma ishte e madhe por shume e vjeter. Tavani po binte copa copa. Degjohej nje zhurme e tmerrshme nga jashte gjate gjithe kohes si kondicioner apo kaldaje. Rregullat e shkruara neper mure ku ti nese përdorje ene duhej ti laje, nuk jane ne pritshmerite e mia pasi kur zgjedh te pushoj, nuk dua te bej pune. Dritarja e kuzhines, ishte e thyer. Tualeti ishte sh i vogel dhe i vjeter.

The rooms are super spacious and the location was great

It was a little bit weird that the bathroom was in the kitchen (the door was literally IN the kitchen)

It is a room rental Airbnb style, not an hotel. Mosquitoes and no mosquito screen at the windows Got woken up by the management in the morning to remind me I have to pay a 3 eur tax in cash.

The place was quite noisy throughout the night, especially when sleeping with the windows open due to the heat
