Great spot, very central to all the main tourist attractions. Breakfast is served in a nearby cafe with lovely staff. Tourist tax needs to e paid in change when leaving your room, keep some cash aside!

Only small thing was that the spare bed blankets were dirty. A kettle in the room would have been great. We boiled water in cups using the microwave to make tea.

The room was beautiful and in the heart of florence. You had a beautiful view and the location was perfect. The breakfast was a short distance from the room and was nice. We enjoyed sitting outside in a morning for breakfast. The bathroom was large enough for and there was enough space throughout the room. Bed was comfortable. Given the location I expected noise but i slept well and the room was soundproof The staff were friendly and helpful. We left bags at the property until check in.

Was very local to everything. Walking distance to train and main tours we had to meet up. It was clean and very secure. Had a lift, only used for luggage purpose.

Self-service check-in worked well with instructions provided via messaging in advance, but no staff on the premises, which also meant we had to leave cash in the room as payment for the city tax upon checkout. The welcome email was thorough and indicated that there was a small "lift" which is accurate and helpful for avoiding stairs, but only fits one person at a time if carrying luggage.

Excellent location near Duomo for exploring central areas of the city. Room was clean and very quiet. Staff was responsive and helpful with questions (but not on site, so requires some planning ahead).

The property is in an excellent location with all the Duomo being a mere 5 minutes or so walk away, and the Pontevecchio no more than 15. Our room was simply furnished but with sufficient storage space for a 3 or 4 day stay. One bedside light wasn’t working but fixed the next day. Breakfast is served a short walk away in a friendly ‘osteria’ with plenty of local atmosphere. There are many dining options along this street.

* the elevator is so small it can barely fit 1 person and 2 suitcase therefore we had to lug our big suitcases up 3 flights of stairs * the toilet door was weird * no English tv channels *no staff there 98% of the time. We needed help when our door was electronically locked and would not open. It was stressful thinking we had to sit in the hall way all night. We finally made contact and after a while a lovely man came and helped us get inside our room. But they probably need a better communication system for visitors, something quick, and responsive to relieve any anxiety.

Just be aware that you are in a busy part of town and you will hear the street until around midnight.

Location was great. Very easy to access, a lift if you need it. Don't forget cash for your city tax.

my only suggestion would be a mirror in the bedroom.

the room was very good, and a decent size for a city b&b. nice addition of the use of a communal kitchen. everywhere was spotlessly clean. The breakfast provided by the little restaurant a couple of doors down was very good, we also had evening meal there which was also very good. Florence is a lovely city and well worth visiting. Will certainly recommend the city & accommodation to people.

Nice place to stay that was very central. It was clean and had all the basics we needed. We would stay again. It is in an old building, which is great, we loved it, but you don't have the modern heating and plumbing of a more spacious place that could be upgraded. We were happy to have a place with so much character and would stay again.

Small bathroom, but we managed.

Clean and comfortable room, very large bed with excellent matress and good quality sleep. Good communication with our host, all issues were solved quickly. Excellent location in the city center within walking distance to main attractions.

I liked the location but I would have preferred someone there when I arrived. I had a difficult time figuring out how to check in and contact someone for help. Once we were in , it was quiet . The individual who helped me check out was very nice and helpful.

The space is one large shared room - not separate rooms which may be an issue for some families.

The location was excellent, the beds were very comfortable and it was very clean. Communication with staff was also excellent.
