Great breakfast, good location, quiet even though it’s very central. Comfortable bed, would highly recommend!

Very smelly hallway. No noise insulation so could hear everyone talking and laughing from the other rooms and kitchen area late at night

Great spot, very central to all the main tourist attractions. Breakfast is served in a nearby cafe with lovely staff. Tourist tax needs to e paid in change when leaving your room, keep some cash aside!

No negatives, it does what it says on the tin. Budget friendly accommodation in an expensive city.

Central Location was good. Room was cozy & so quiet. Very restful stay

Only small thing was that the spare bed blankets were dirty. A kettle in the room would have been great. We boiled water in cups using the microwave to make tea.

Location - near Duomo, near public transport, close to restaurants and mini markets; Breakfast - simple but tasty.

Light not working on landing and reception area; smelly reception area; bed bugs; no wash basin accessoires; would have appreciated a message advising that the room will not be ready at check in at 2pm.

the brekfast was too poor only one coffee and one croissant.I have no support from the owner he didnt sent me the pin for the rooms and he didnt answered the phone.I lost 2 hours to get in the room one nice lady she life ther helped us.The elevator is too small only for a tiny person

Spacious room. Great central location. Free breakfast in a nearby café, and the food was actually pretty good.

Café opening hours are wrong on the website and Google Maps — we came at 7, but it only opened at 8. Never saw any hotel staff in person; chat replies were super brief and only in Italian. Our room was full of mosquitoes biting all night, no repellents provided. Walls covered with squashed mosquitoes 🤢. Complaints in the chat went nowhere

The room was beautiful and in the heart of florence. You had a beautiful view and the location was perfect. The breakfast was a short distance from the room and was nice. We enjoyed sitting outside in a morning for breakfast. The bathroom was large enough for and there was enough space throughout the room. Bed was comfortable. Given the location I expected noise but i slept well and the room was soundproof The staff were friendly and helpful. We left bags at the property until check in.

Was very local to everything. Walking distance to train and main tours we had to meet up. It was clean and very secure. Had a lift, only used for luggage purpose.

Very clean room and location was spot on, closer to main attractions than you think. Only a 18 minute walk from the train station if you are thinking of getting the train in. The breakfast at which comes with the room is at the end of the corner and it was great, staff where dead friendly

It's not an issue, but be mindful of the stairs going up. There is a lift that we use to put a suitcase and then send it up to the 3rd floor. Straight forward enough to do.

Room wasn’t ready at check in time and we had no body wash left for us.

Dear Canto dei Serví, We believe in positive criticism to improve. Here are the facts: The place was nice. However we did not have shower gel during our 5 day 4 nights stay. We also did not have soap for two consecutive days. On top of that our towels were not change during our stay. We contacted the staff via email 2-3 times. We let them know about the shower gel and hand soap. They acknowledged the issue of the shower gel. They apologized for the inconvenience and let us know to pay $8 less of the city taxes. We just wanted to share our experience. We will never recommend this place. Cordially, Tom & Janet

Breakfast was amazing and the room itself was very spacious and clean. The staff was also very kind and helpful

- Good location - Clean - Good AC - Good breakfast included at the place down the road

- broken toilet seat - no shower gel and didn’t bring when we asked - Had to pay city tax in cash which was inconvenient - No reception and staff not responsive on messenger, however at 10am sharp on check-out day they were knocking on our door - Photos were deceptive, the room was smaller and more dated than it looked - They said we could store luggage there when we checked out but there was nowhere secure, just the unattended reception area and nowhere to lock it away - Very few power outlets. In order to charge our devices, we had to unplug the bedside lamps

Poor communication (in Italian), broken bathroom door, broken fridge, noisy fridge, noisy neighbours, beds not as required when arrived, shower too small for us. Lift didn’t work.

It is in the center and the size of the room was good.

It could be cleaner although it was acceptable. The worst thing was that we had allergic issues only when we were in the bed, although we are not allergic. And there was not enough soap. The breakfast was ok but quite basic and minimalistic.
