The host was very pleasent, and the accomodation was so very clean and so very well kept. There is a common area with a kitchen and fridge, and the room had a comfortable and clean and modern setting. We loved it! There is a pizzeria, bar and at least two supermarkets just around the corner, the internet worked great and we also had free parking right in front. Could not ask for more!

The 8 flights of stairs, 74 of them if you are young and fit no problem but for an old man like me a bit of a nightmare.

The bedroom and bathroom were both modern and clean. We booked on a short notice for a good price and everything worked flawless. Everything was as described.

The bed was not comfortable at all. The lack of parking in the area during our stay was a nightmare. Usually there is a free big parking space, however there was a special event and we literally turned around in circles for an hour and a half with no luck. I had to park and remove it at 6 am the next day.

Prepare a separate overnight bag if you are on a bigger trip. The apartment is accessible only by stairs, I think around 70 steps on the 4th floor and very narrow, so don’t take suitcases. Also, when parking your car, be careful to park in a free space, as many are paid parking spots.

The apartment was clean, warm and spacious. We could’ve even slept all in one room. It was also handy to have a communal kitchen where we had a designated box in the fridge to use. There was a coffee machine as well, which is always great to have a coffee in the morning before continuing our road trip.

Not so much that we didn’t like but if you have luggage remember you are negotiating a lot of stairs. It didn’t worry us as we had an overnight bag packed but would have found it very difficult with big suitcases.

The stairs could be a little challenging but you do get great views to the port.

We found Irene the host to be easy to talk to and friendly,and introduced all the facilities to us in a warm and professional manner,and offered to help us with the luggage as the unit is on the fifth floor so that can be a bit challenging if you have heavy luggage, but this wasn't a problem to us,as only had to take our backpacks upstairs.the kitchen is well equipped for making light snacks also a there's a coffee machine that makes great quality coffee.all the facilities were modern and well kept. the bed was very comfortable.overall a place that I wouldn't hesitate to rebook when visiting Genoa.PS there is parking on the street in front of the units, if they are all occupied there is also a large free carpark across the main road.

The long climb up the stairs but the owner was accomodating and was willing to help us with the luggage. Also the increase in city tax however as the owner had said this was not in his control.

The owner was very friendly and helpful and the bathroom shower was excellent. View was beautiful and comfortable beds.

The information online didn’t make it super clear that not all units would be able to use a stove so it would be helpful to know exactly which units can use the the stove. However we made do with the microwave which everyone can use.

Liked the location, it felt like a good location to stay at and to get to places from especially with the train station being a few minutes walk away. Very good communication from staff. Cleanliness in the property was good and use of fridge/freezer and microwave was also useful.

I would have given this place 10/10 if it was not for the stairs. Otherwise, everything there is perfect.

Everything was fine and in order.

Our host was great! Helped us in all the way, waited for us in front of the house-which is although in the suburb, but really close to the trainstation, which can easily and quickly catch the historical inner town-, gave a map and showed how to get into the city, what to watch, where to buy and so on. The flat itself is clean, cosy, well-ecquiped. In the hall there is a common place where you can serve yourself with a great coffee machine to drink an espresso, or a tasty italian beer.

as you open the door from the extra bedroom you walk straight out to the communal kitchen area and people can see in the room to the extra bedroom. plus we could hear the people in the room next to us when we were trying to sleep and we had an early start. so didn’t sleep much.

The beds were comfortable, the Wifi worked well, the Wifi password hung on the wall of the bedroom, the bathroom was clean. There is a common eating area in this B&B where you can eat your breakfast (with your own food, there is no breakfast provided). There is a large fridge for storing your own food and drinks, and unlimited free coffee and tea in common eating area with coffee machine. There is plenty of free parking in the neighborhood. Across the street is a large free parking lot, but we parked on the street. The train station, called Genov Pra , is right across the street. It takes 25 minutes with the regional train to center of Genua, 1,60 euros one way. The convenience of the train station was a real benefit. If you are traveling by car, there is no need to stay in the center of Genoa, you can stay here. Combined with the free parking -- perfect. Near the accommodation is a pedestrian zone with all kinds of stores for your daily needs, including a supermarket. There are also some restaurants in the area. Be aware that this accommodation is located on the top floor of the building, on the 4th floor, with no elevator, so avoid carrying too much heavy luggage. In summary, a very pleasant stay, Irena was a lovely hostess

everything went on perfectly till the hot water disappeared after i satrted my shower ~2 minutes, i had to wash my hair and did the shower with cold water; it's extremely noisy during the night especially the weekend nights, the party noise from outsiide faded till 1 am

newly renovated, clean room, secured appartment, free parking possible nearby, friendly staff that she waited for my late arrival due to the delayed exit from the cruise, private kitchen which was a suprise and bonus
