We were told we could get our room after 11:30. we arrived at noon and when we texted the property, we got no reply until around 3:15. there was no one we could contact to get in, we couldn’t get in touch with anyone so we had to put our bags in a luggage storage (there are plenty in Florence and super close to the property), but the misinformation was something we didn’t appreciate.

It’s very well located and the room is very nice. We found a coffee machine and some food in the room for breakfast which we really appreciated.

On weekends there is a club that plays music very loud until 4AM. Beware of this and take ear plugs.

There are a lot of stairs up to the property, it would be intense if you were unfit or had a lot of luggage.

The location is excellent. The room we were in was very nice and the bathroom was great. The room can be made cold and dark for sleep. There is ample space for 2 people. The tv has access to Netflix, etc.

A huge amount of stairs which isn’t ideal when you have luggage, so I’d be weary of this! Also bathroom was very dark as only 1 light worked and it was very dim.

The check-in process was frustrating. Although the email said our room was one name/number, there were no keys to get in. We were assigned a room other than the one stated in the email. Trying to contact someone for help was extremely difficult.

Very noisy at night (there was a disco party downstairs somewhere). We arrived before check in time and the phone numbers listed on the check in platform were wrong so it took us a moment to figure it out. But once we managed to call we could enter and leave the luggage in the room.

Location was great! Walking distance from everything in Florence. The room was nicely decorated and the bathroom was large and nice. Check-in was easy.

Very little storage off the ground in the bathroom, especially for a woman, and we stored our stuff on the bathroom steps. I wish there was better lighting (non-yellow) as well for makeup purposes. The bathroom configuration is a bit weird, with a step up for the toilet and a step up for the shower, but no deductions for it in rating. The stairs did get to be a bit much after the Duomo climb but no deductions since we knew what we were getting into.

Good little location and overall very quiet. There was a good amount of space for us throughout. Water, juice, and some breads were left for us. We only stayed 3 nights and did not expect a cleaning while we were there but it was provided on the second night and new waters were left, which was a nice touch.

The room was spacious and accommodating with extra blankets/pillows and we loved the snacks, water, and juices included! The location was phenomenal, walking distance to top attractions. My favorite was it was located just in front of the fotoautomatica (vintage photoboth).

There were a couple of loose bricks on the floor that pinched my foot a couple of times. They should be cemented in place.

Great location in a nice neighborhood. Close to all different types of food establishments. Shower was awesome and the rest of the room met our needs. Bed was super comfortable. The Nespresso machine in the room was very much appreciated, especially for the early morning outings.

The location is super nice, close to all the tourist attractions. There was a cafe around the corner where I can have nice breakfast. Check in and check out were arranged nicely. The room was clean and we really enjoyed our stay there.

My had a bit of a problem when leaving. The door lock from the Casa Leopardi general entry area to the stairs wouldn't open. The app stopped working and the manual opening latch we had been using stopped working. We went back to the apartment to get the key...that was the only way to get out. Doors like this should always open outward manually in case of an emergency.

My favorite thing was the location. It is so conveniently located near points of interest, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc...

The bed cover had some stains and a hole, but the sheets were clean. It’s on a fairly busy street with lots of bars, so it was loud late into the night with people yelling, so bring earplugs!

Convenient location, good size, nice bathroom. Convenient to have a kitchenette. I appreciated the provided shampoo, soap, water, and juice.

the location is perfect, close to the santa croce church, the duomo, and many restaurants and bars. The host is very helpful, we had a little misunderstanding about refilling toiletr paper. but he solved it quickly. I liked the shower (finally a place where the whole floor next to the shower doesn't get wet).

We loved our stay at Casa Leopardi. A very spacious apartment with everything you needed. It was well located, a very short walk to all the main sites. Check in and check out was easy. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Florence. Alessandro was helpful and good with his communication also.
