The location is perfect, amazing view of the beach and close for swimming. Also right in the old town too so restaurants are close. Comfortable rooms and shared area are all clean and comfortable.

The key for the electricity. If one person goes out with the key that leaves the other person with no electricity-light and AC. And they are locked in with no way to get out. So ask for two keys. Weird system. Light in bathroom is automatic so you are blasted with light for a little while if you get up to go to the bathroom in the night.

That said, if you have back problems, I wouldn’t recommend staying more than one night. It was the worst bed of my trip in Italy (though I should mention I do suffer from back pain). Also, the air conditioner started leaking and got everything wet. The bathroom light is automatic and extremely bright—if you go at night, it will definitely wake up the whole room and takes a while to turn off. The TV also seems to have a life of its own.

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—literally right in the middle of everything touristy, on the main street, and just one block from the sea. I don’t think you could ask for a better spot. From the shared terrace, with tables set up, you can see the sea and the sunset, and even check if there’s space on the beach before heading down. Location gets 100 points. It has a fridge, washing machine, dinner table, perfect in that way.

Location is central to everything and is just above the beach there is common balcony overlooking the sea and was a great place to relax Daniele keep in touch before our arrival and helped us with our bags The apartment is a short distance to the Duomo and many restaurants

Light going off automatically so quickly in bathroom . Drove us nuts, having to wave our arms about . Decor is a bit too clinical grey, no Sicilian character feel to it at all . Hints of where to eat etc would be nice too .

Parking is very far away, but it's to be expected. We couldn't drop off luggage closer. One of the two rooms was small, but again, to be expected in an older building. My fault, but I didn't realize three units share a common kitchen and balcony. It clearly states that, but I missed it. We had 2 of the three units. If you could book all 3, this place would be great as the shared balcony is huge - I might try that next time we are here.

Perfect location in Cefalu. On the water with quick access to the historical center. Very clean. It has stairs, but every place does. However, they were very wide and easy to navigate, even with luggage. The shared balcony was huge and right on top of the beach!

Excellent location for cefalu old town and beach. Amazing views from the shared balcony. Aircon worked well. You are sharing the apartment (shared kitchen and balcony) with others - this was fine for us.

The position is exceptional. In the heart of the seaside town with the laneways on one side and the terrace and beach on the other. Morning and afternoon sun. The terrace is perfect for a homemade dinner watching the sunset and the moon rise.

There is no parking and if you’re driving to Cefalù for the first time be wary of the narrow streets with lots of people. If you drive through Cefalu though there was on street parking about 400m walk from the room

The location is absolutely prefect. We walked the short distance to the beach twice daily for swims in just our swimwear. The cathedral was just a couple of hundred meters from the front door. Great restaurants and cafes within a very short walk. There is a great kitchen and the best air in we’ve had of the 4 places we stayed in Sicily. The host doesn’t speak English but we coped and managed to book a last minute extra night to our stay because we LOVED Cefalu so much.

Noise from the street but I expected that being in the old town. The location outweighs the noise.

This apartment is located right on the main beach in Cefalu and has an amazing lage deck overlooking the beach. Was fabulous to make our limoncello spritz and what the sunset. The rooms are quite basic but very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. There are 3 rooms in the apartment that are rented out separately, so if you rent just one you will be sharing the deck and kitchen with other travellers. We rented all 3 rooms and it was perfect for our group. It is right in the old town so you step out of your doorstep into the charm of cefalu, its amazing. There is noise from the street in the two rooms that face the street but that is to be expected. The view from the room I stayed in was beautiful, up a gorgeous little street right up to the church. So pretty. We arrived by car and parked in cefalu beach parking. It was an easly 5 to 10 minute walk in a straight line along the beach front to the apartment with all our luggage. Great place to stay right in the heart of cefalu on the beach especially if you are a group and can book the entire space.

Location, shared kitchen terrace overlooking the beach, with tables and seats, very clean shared kitchen well stocked with kitchenware, cooker fridge and washing machine. Great location near the Duomo, beach, main interest points of Cefalù. Room is clean and comfortable, could have more pillows and firmer mattress (as only two pillows were available). Well appointed toilet with big clean shower and hair dryer.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was impeccably clean, and the location is amazing. We especially loved watching the sunsets from the balcony! All in all, it was a fantastic experience!

The only possible drawbacks were that we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the apartment and that we were not able to drive to the front door to drop off our luggage... but that also was part of the charm of being inside the ZTL!

This 3 bedroom apartment was located in the central area of old town, with an amazing view from the large patio, overlooking the beach! Everything you want is within a few steps of the front door. We were 3 couples travelling together and this apartment was ideal for our needs.

It’s a great position in town. Close to everything. It was clean, had a great balcony to use. A great juice and coffee bar across the alleyway.
