    Pas de petit déjeuner car cuisine très sale . Le gérant a prétendu après changement de l'annonce ,une fois que je m'y suis trouvé dedans ,que seul l'accès de la chambre était dispo

    le mensonge de base qui a compliqué mon séjour car après mes réclamations le gérant a changé son annonce sur booking en étant plus précis .Dans un premier temps l'annonce disait disait ""chambre avec salle de bain privée ""...une fois paiement effectué et contrat reçu je pouvais lire chambre avec salle bain commune ...de plus on m'a demandé 300€ de caution sur la quelle il falloir retirer 16€ de taxe de séjour ..2 € pour usage d'une machine à laver et 10 € pour frais administratif ..choses qui n'étaient pas stipulées sur l'annonce de base ...A ce jour caution toujours pas remboursée .Et on m'a demandé de bien vouloir laisser un pourboire pour le staff de nettoyage !!!.J'ai pu voir plainte d'une dame sur Agoda concernant le responsable qui a fait des propositions malhonnêtes ...Ahurissant !!!!! ....

    Good evening, Feliciano, we are sorry to read a review that does not reflect the reality of your stay or the attitude you showed during it. You were welcomed with the utmost kindness and availability, even though you arrived speaking negatively about Italy and Italians, and then left without paying the city tax and extra services you used, while also disregarding the house rules. We reminded you several times, but you chose to ignore it and left the apartment in very poor condition. We understand your advanced age, but damaging other people’s work is not acceptable. What you wrote is completely at odds with what actually happened during your stay. You stayed for eight days, repeatedly confirming that you were comfortable and satisfied, even when we asked several times if you needed anything else. Only after your departure — when we had to contact you about the unpaid fees — did you start making complaints and false accusations. During your stay, you repeatedly ignored the property rules, which were clearly stated in the listing, in the guest guide, and in the rental agreement you signed. Either you did not read them or did not understand them. Please note that emails, signed contracts, and guides cannot be changed afterwards. You even insisted that no one else should enter the apartment, claiming you had rented the entire property, which was never part of your booking. We calmly explained what you had actually booked and suggested you contact Booking.com for clarification, but you did not. The kitchen is not available to guests, as clearly stated and communicated from the beginning, yet you used it every day without authorization and left it in poor condition, with greasy pans and food residues (tomato sauce). Nothing has been changed in the listing — your statements are false. You also failed to separate waste, left garbage inside, and left food in the refrigerator, which you turned off without notifying us, making the apartment unusable after three days due to the strong smell. According to the contract, a penalty would have been justified, but we chose not to apply it out of respect for your age. Breakfast was never included or mentioned in the listing. The “private bathroom” description was correct at the time of your booking: during your stay, the other room was closed for maintenance, so the bathroom was for your exclusive use. That is why it temporarily appeared as “private bathroom” and was later restored to “shared bathroom” after your departure — fully in line with Booking.com procedures and without any change to your reservation. All related emails and Booking records confirm this. All information was clearly stated in the first messages you received right after booking, to which you personally replied. You are welcome to read them again. You also enjoyed a better service at a lower price. The security deposit was clearly stated in the signed agreement and was fully refunded two days after your departure, fully complying with Booking.com’s 7-day policy. We would simply have appreciated hearing a “thank you” or a “please” at least once -neither ever came-. It would have been nice if you had respected the agreement as well. We wish you all the best.
