The rooms could be better lit. Lights are dim and few. However, if you open the window shutter the sunlight comes straight in from a beautiful garden.

What we enjoyed the most was the host's hospitality. It felt like staying at a grandfather's house. Massimo was very kind and attentive. He sent us all the info we needed beforehand and was quick at replying our messages if we had any doubts or questions. The bteakfast is AMAZING! He cooks for you, uses prime quality ingredients and offers a wide variety of options, from sweet to salty, to fruit and yogurt. Everything is superb when it comes to breakfast here. The hosts wants you to feel welcomed. There was so much to eat that we couldn"t try it all. We would have loved to try everything had we been more hungry.

We spent three wonderful days at Casa Ossan and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, perfectly clean, and beautifully arranged with great attention to even the smallest details — everything felt thoughtfully curated and incredibly welcoming. But what truly made our stay special were the hosts, Laura and Massimo. They are absolutely fantastic people — warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed, whether it was local recommendations or simply making us feel at home. Highly recommended!

The B&B exceeded all our expectations: quite, clean, extremely well indicated (with clear travel description sent upfront) , quite, and above all an exceptional breakfast ! Fresh figs were offered together with other nicely prepared fruit, homemade focaccia, yogurt, bread, cake etc...with on top a delicious cappuccino —all served in a stunning setting surrounded by vineyards and Roman ruins. For my daughter and myself, it was definitely a truly memorable experience!

Massimo and Laura went out our their way to make our short stay feel so welcoming. The original stone building has been refurbished and made into a warm and inviting place to stay. Accessing the building and room was easy as clear instructions were provided on how to enter the property and where to park etc. Rooms were modern, clean, spacious and warm (our stay was in winter). The highlight of our stay was the amazing breakfast put on by Massimo and Laura. A variety of local and homemade dishes were provided along side tea, coffee and juice. Both Massimo and Laura made an effort to interact with us and gave us some good advice and tips based on our travel plans. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Massimo and Laura, our hosts, are amazing and welcoming people that made us feel right at home! Although we arrived late at night after check-in time, they left us organized instructions how to get to the location and enter and were very responsive. The room was very highly designed with taste, and the location is surrounded with vinyards, perfect and romantic. The breakfast is handmade by the hosts and is varied and very pamperous! We ate there better than in restaurants. On top of that, Massimo and Laura gave us many recommendations to the area and some of our best experiences we got was because of them. Thank you again and we'll definitely come back again ♡

Booking.com should allow to give Casa Ossan 100 points, they desrve it! The rooms are big, clean, and tidy. The place is a beautiful building between vinyards (around September there are full purple grape clusters on the vines). The breakfast is freshly made and delicious (do not miss it if you stay here). But the best thing are the wonderful welcoming hosts (ask them for recommendations, they known every good attraction or restaurant in the extended area and aspecially in Valpolicella).

Time flies to fast

Everything was perfect. I do not have enough words to describe how awesome Casa Ossan is. Rooms are beautiful, spacious, well equipped and spotless. Every detail and every corner of the room shows a tremendous amount of care, good taste and love from the hosts. Also, the hosts, Laura and Massimo are fantastic in every way possible. And the cherry on the cake is the delicious breakfast. Casa Ossan will remain in our hearts forever. Such a special place. Laura and Massimo, thank you so much.

Everything was excellent. Coming from Verona, which is less that half an hour's drive, late at night, we checked in with immaculately accurate instructions, spent a peaceful night in a comfortable room, met incredibly friendly and pleasant owners in the morning, proceeded to have the best breakfast we've ever had, and went on with our day. I wish you could give an 11 point rating once in a while, because our experience certainly exceeded the basic review scale. I mean, even the car stayed in shade and didn't get hot from the sun.

Everything was perfect

We had the most wonderful time there. During our time in Italy we stayed in four locations and Casa Ossan was by far our favourite. Its not only the picturesque location but foremost the hospitality of Massimo, making sure we were comfortable, the amazing homemade breakfast and the beautiful room and view. The owners are incredibly polite and friendly! They prepare the breakfast themselves and they explain everything with so much love and care! They make you feel at home and they have great tips for enjoying the region! The overall feeling you get is like being hosted at your best friends' place!

Absolutely everything was perfect! The accomodation itself was beautiful. The space was modern, clean and comfortable. The view from the garden was spectacular. The hosts went above and beyond to welcome us and to give us local recommendations for food, wineries and local attractions. Laura and Massimo were by far the friendliest hosts I’ve experienced. They felt like family. The breakfast was amazing! So many delicious options. Laura’s homemade cake and the focaccia was incredible 😍 my partner and I loved it and we will be back.

The hosts Laura and Massimo are very kind and give you all necessary information about Verona and the surroundings. The house is newly reconstructed and refurbished, very clean and the interior is modern designed. Breakfast is home made by Laura, I jzst lived her cakes and buns. We will come back for sure!
