The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. The room was very clean. Served a good breakfast with many homemade sweets. The facility offered parking spot which is a must in Sorrento.

The place was a little uphill so hard to walk with luggage but that is expected in the area, still would highly recommend!

The property was very nice, had an amazing view, and a great restaurant. The staff were amazing and so so helpful. Comfortable rooms, good facilities. Bus stop very close nearby. Loved our stay here and highly recommend it.

Casale Antonietta is a lovely little place with the staff throughout the whole hotel lovely and very helpful. We were up early one morning to go to Amalfi so we couldn't make breakfast so the staff made us up some breakfast to take with us which was very thoughtful and a nice touch. It is situated about 10mins bus journey from the Sorrento town center and a bit out the way but it is ideal if you want a nice relaxing atmosphere. There is definitely no swimming pool anymore which is a shame but there is a little play park for little ones which my daughter enjoyed.

No restaurant but booking.com talks about it. Breakfast starts at 8am but had to leave then to catch boat so paid for breakfast no go and no other options. The lift is turned off at night???? Can't understand that when we (I'm 71) are on 3rd floor. Meant we had to carry cases up and down.

Breakfast juices ... Odd. Like sweet juice. Basic coffee machine not good. Ask at the counter! Toilet seats a 'bit' faded and yellowed.. replace? Shampoo sachets awful

Nice staff, little off beaten track.. do not follow G maps! Lovely local restaurant 500m down a well lit road at night and safe to walk. Must be lovely in full season when everything is open on site

The pool was closed, the rooms were tiny and there were ants walking in the rooms. Bathroom was also very small

The food was very good, better than most places. They also agreed to keep our luggage while we were visiting other places.

Goodnight! It was an excellent choice to stay with you. Both employees who welcomed us (we don't know their names, but it was a girl and a boy) were very attentive and helpful. Due to bad weather we had to order food and he helped us. They are excellent employees! We were all very grateful and will recommend your accommodation. With good weather and the restaurant open it should be excellent. Thanks!!

Property is a stunning converted castle, exceptionally clean. The grounds are immaculate and incredible views of the mountains and sea. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Said on the booking food and we got there at 6.30pm and the restaurant was closed also it's on a hill so it was steep also there was a wedding ready to be on and it's like they never had time for us

The location is quite far from the town although it is a very easy bus ride. The road down from the property does not have a pavement so walking is not straightforward.

Really lovely property overlooking the sea. We loved the attached restaurant which served delicious food! The pool wasn’t working but we were able to use the neighbouring pool which was fantastic.

It is awful that the location doesn't mention the fact that to get there you need to go on a very narrow traversa, very steep and with stairs too, with your luggage. Moreover, this traversa doesn't have light at all up until getting to the location, so when we got back from the center it was already 22:00 and in September that means darkness. The traversa was pitch black and we used our phone's light to get to the location. Awful, anything could happen on that path.

The location of the hotel, it's hard to get there.

We liked the view from the hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and enough. The Hotel lies in a green zone with lemon trees. Bagni regina giovanna is near.

Access was difficult esp if are coming via bus. You have climb steeply.

It was old building , newly rejuvenated. It was a bit far from center but accessible thru public transport, rather bus was direct to central bus and train station which is a big plus
