Our room was quite small, and as the weather was so hot, we couldn't use the terrace which got the full afternoon sun, we closed the shutters and retreated inside. The Wifi is not available in the room which was problematic. We could access it on the terrace or downstairs. The restaurant is not inexpensive, although there are other places to eat within a short walk.

The hotel has a good location with good parking. The restaurant serves mainly lake fish but has other items on the menu. Our room had a large shared terrace (shared with 2 other rooms). Breakfast had a good selection of items available.

Our maps for some reason sent us somewhere else - none of the premise problems; we eventually got there, but it was the most tough arrival of the week - folks, it is the Cassone Center, no rocket science! Breakfast was good - posh environs mislead us to expect fruit and vegetable salads. Not sure about the general fashion of the stone-hard buns (not the problem of the premise, we tasted the thing in more places). Checking took a bit longer than expected - probably longest of all we used that week.

The room was good. The facility users seem to consider the place "posh" - but the service is quite common: friendly yet not exquisite - simply "perfectly human" regardless our German neighbours presumptions. Once you realize it, you shall not expect "haute cuisine" - it is not "just pizza place" (quite a relief after the pizza week), but no "stuffed peacock". Very reasonable!

The place is little bit narrow to parking. You have to be carefully. It is a restaurant too and the guests come with car, so need some logistics at evenings.

Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. While they had Wi-Fi the only place, we could get it was in the breakfast room near the reception desk. When we asked about the air conditioner not working, we were told it needed to be turned on at reception, but it didn't happen and on the second request we were told that work men had been, but the boss needs to ring them again.

The area to swim in the lake was very close and the restaurant in the garden was a bonus after travelling all day, provided a great meal and drinks. The balcony area from our room had outdoor chairs and a good view.
