The air conditioning was not adequate for the room size - it was uncomfortably hot and we could not get a good night's sleep. The breakfast was just a sweet pastry - nothing else was available. The first day, there was fresh orange juice (which was lovely). The second day, there was just concentrate (yuk), so there was no consistency in what was offered.

The location was excellent. The size of the room and the decor was very good. The room was clean. Breakfast (a pastry, juice and coffee) in the cafe down the road was basic but ok.

Arrived with no power at premises, took 3 hours to sort and only after threatening to check out. Parking is not prebooked for you, make your own booking with garage michaelanglo in the next street. Because Internet was down for the 2 days, unable to pay city tax even after multiple texts to rep.

Location as everyone says is perfect. Balcony is small but nice to sit out on.bathroom and suite were a good size, 1 Street away from parking facility. Breakfast was more then enough unless you eat big in the mornings. Supermarkets a few doors away.

Very noisy area. Hard to sleep with the noise from the bar across the road, people in the street and traffic.

The smell. The appartament had strange smell. Its ok for one night, it could be a problem if you want to stay more. The bathroom is OK, but not so well. Small and not comfortable.

The location! Absolutely amazing, the main objects are right around the corner, like literally! The number was spacious, lovely window. The stuff guy was verry friendly, told us where we can park a park a car, let us storage luggages.

The entrance of the building was old, smelled and there was a dumped mattress in the stairwell. The lobby area of the rooms looked very disorganized and unkept.

The room itself was good. Bed was comfortable and there was a balcony to sit on. The pictures make the room look more regal than it really is.

Noise from the street. Note that they are breaking up the street in front of the building these months. Even without the road work it is noisy. The back room was calmer and felt good though modest. Beds not the most pleasant and no room service. This is an old appartment building

There's no lift, so you have to carry your luggage but just one floor so is not a big deal.

Gonzalo was very kind and he was there to help when we needed. The place is modest and clean and the best part is that it is a few steps from everything, the best possible location.

Internet was on & off and TV didn't work (not that we really wanted it). Needs sound proofing for windows as a lot of street noise. Tea & coffee making outside room & no coffee. Scant breakfast of coffee/ tea juice and a croissant at a nearby cafe (rename B&S - bed and snack?)

The extra bed arranged by the hotel would collapse when sat upon. We spent considerable time trying to figure it out and finally all slept together in the main bed, very tight squeeze and not what we booked. We ran out of hot water less than 5 minutes into the first shower while my son had shampoo in his hair. This was unfortunate and the rest of us refrained from showering as a result. The staff, although friendly, was slow to respond to basic questions.

The room was extremely pretty - vintage Florence; the location ideal for visiting sites.

We stayed there for three nights and nobody showed up to clean the room or to change the bed sheets. Even when we arrived the place was okay but not quite clean. There was a heating system but at night was a bit chilly since the door of the balcony was not well isolated . No AC. You also could not have a long shower because the hot water would last only for ten minutes. The reception was not 24/7 available but Gonzalo was quite responsive when we needed something. For breakfast you could have only a croissant and coffee/ water.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is near the famous landmarks, restaurants and a few minutes from central train station.

Shower recess didn't contain water very well and water leaked into the room making it a bit musty. If we hadn't of asked for a different room with a balcony I wouldn't have been happy with the original room we got. The only room with a balcony was spacious and more open and fresh but the other rooms were claustrophobic and air didn't feel fresh.

Breakfast was nice and a good location nearby Vatican and Basilica. The rooms were clean and smell heavily of perfumes and air fresheners. The staff were very friendly and nice people. They went out of their way.

I would have liked to receive detailed information about parking and about getting to the place a little sooner. I was driving and had to make stop and wait for the answers. Communication from the staff had a delay but all worked out fine.

I chose the place for the location and for looks and it did not disappoint. The building is old and also the locks so the place has it's own quirks but that just adds some character. AC in August with 40 C outside stayed a bit weak but there were also ventilators that helped out a little. Small entry area is shared with guests from other rooms and it has a workspace with a computer and coffee/tea making possibility. Bathroom is private for every room and the room has a mini fridge. Italian breakfast is served in a lovely small bar about 50 meters from the accommodation.

Entrance to building is dark & unpleasant to look at and smell. When you look out the window to the courtyard there are piles of cigarette butts lying beneath the window.

Room is beautifully painted inside. Has modern spacious bathroom. It was quiet.

The staff are a little and attentive and the couple of small concerns we had, we’re not fixed. It wasn’t major just a little slow from the staff. 

The location was fantastic and easy to get to from the train line. The room was big enough for a short stay.

If anything maybe a kettle might be nice in the room for tea and coffee.

The location perfect and the host was nice and let us store our bags after checkout. The breakfast is in a cute cafe on the same street and was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious.
