We only had 1 toilet roll and asked for more to the host via message and through a phone call. They said they would come to bring more but eventually didn't and I was unable to speak with them again. It's better if you drive as the access to the beach is far on a walking distance from the accommodation.

Woken up about 6.30-7am by someone walking around upstairs. I've found same issue before in Italy in relatively newly constructed buildings... Little if no noise suppression.. This is only reason I did not give 5 stars.

The shower was too small and took too long for the hot water, not very good acoustic insulation and could hear the neighbours.

There were no remote controls for the heating so it was a bit chilly (in December heating is a must). The walls are thin so any loud neighbours are clearly heard. We also found the policy of taking rubbish with you a bit strange and inconvenient. There were no trash containers outside. This is a self check in (in winter at least) which is fine, but you must have a PayPal to settle the city tax. It was not a problem for us, but someone may have a problem with that.

The place has been probably refurbished recently as it looks new. The place was clean and well kept. The location is great, easy to find and close to Cefalu. The fact that it was winter time when we visited there was absolutely no problem with parking along the main road.

Conversation with the host is really difficult if is not for her needs; the host's tone is always opinionated. The host requires that the garbage is disposed of by the guests, otherwise, they will not return the deposit but there are no bins around the town and even in the house they give you only one trash bin and one trash bag. When asked for information on this, it is said that it must be differentiated and taken to the landfill (of which neither address nor hours are provided); in addition to the fact that some things are accepted only two days a week. For the beach, you have to walk a long way on the busy road with a lot of traffic and no pavement

There were a couple of things missing in the kitchen such as salad dressing and in the toilet a couple of extra toilet paper rolls, but apart from that everything was really good!!

Thin walls, on the other side of the bedroom were doors to the bathroom of the neighboring apartment, everything could be heard through them. Until 2 am, someone above us was watching TV very loudly and moving furniture. At 6 am, they started moving furniture again, running up and down the stairs... It was impossible to sleep. I would never return. Issues with hot water; during showering, suddenly a cold stream would rush, then back to slightly warm and cold. The tap in the sink was broken and sprayed everywhere.

- The property is 10 minutes from the city. Don't consider if you are without a car. - Hot water was a little bit unstable. - You hear the other rooms - if more people were staying we wouldn't be able to sleep. - Woke up at 7 AM and could not sleep, I think the room next door was getting cleaned.

Nice room, very clean, towels and toiletries provided. TV and minifridge. Bathroom was huge, The check-in process is relatively easy, except you have to phone the host when you get to the door to get the key. But other than that, everything went ok.

Never come here! Even 1 star is too much. They told us to call them half an hour before arrival, but they never answered. When we arrived at the house, the lady was very rude and sent us away because we were too early. When it was check-in time. We couldn’t reach anyone, and when they finally showed up, they were extremely rude, speaking only Italian as if we were supposed to understand. The hairdryer is broken, kitchen smells like gas from the kettle, there’s no washing machine even though it’s listed on Booking, walls are dirty, dogs bark 24/7, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work, you can hear every neighbour, it’s not clean, and the “sea view” is actually just containers. Never come here — there’s absolutely nothing good to say about this place.

Was located right out of Cefalu, needed a taxi to get there and costly. Very isolated, if a solo traveller it didn’t feel very safe. In the middle of an industrial area and had a view of several shipping containers. The owner was very unhelpful and the only thing she did say was that she owned a restaurant if I needed to eat dinner. There was absolutely nothing around for miles.

Unfortunately, there was not much to like.

The host was very grumpy and not very helpful. Whilst the apartment was very clean. The shower was cold. Would have been nice to have had a coffee as part of the stay. No change given for local taxes. Dogs barking much of the night

Good Place, spacious with an awesome outside place, to eat while you see the view to the sea! Kitchen is good to make a meal, bathroom spacious. Easy parking and amazing ideia sending the instrucions via YouTube, so you can easly get there. Is not a place that I would advice to go without a car, but if you are with a Car, 100%! From there, is less then 8min to the beach, center, everything! Amazing :)
