- mattress was hard and springy - there was a missing night stand - the upper window hinges were broken, but you can still open/close the windows Only the mattress was a bigger issue. Everything else was very good

- it was quiet enough - bathroom was big and had all the necessities (shampoo etc) - Elevators, air conditioning, coffee machine, kettle etc were all working as expected - has a nice view

We knew there was no WiFi which would have boosted the rating. The host says she is working on it.

Perfect for train travel and well soundproofed against city noise. Clear instructions from the host so it was easy to find. Spacious and coffee machine was welcome. Think work is in progress as bathroom very well fitted and equipped and most of the kitchen. Great for exploring the city with it's history and heritage. Lovely views as on 7th floor with elevator. Wonderful cafe just next door.

Everything was perfect

The host is superb friendly and helpful. We could leave our luggage in the flat far before check in.The apartment is very well equipped. The position is genius, 4 mins to train and bus station and still in the beginning of historical centre. The bed is very comfortable.It was well heated which we appreciated and it is not very common. It was a nice gesture to have good coffee and small snacks available.

A few things need maintenance but no dealbreakers.

Very close to train station, very clean. Building itself is kind of dark but the apartment is bright and welcoming. Nice view, balcony for drying clothes. There is an exit from the train station if you follow Binario 1 to the east side trains and use the Masini exit. You arrive next to the apt building. Great communication with host, self check-in snd out.

Great location easy walk from the train station and to the historical centre of the city. Modern and clean apartment with everything you need, including a few breakfast provisions. Free cold water in the fridge for the hot weary traveller! Top floor views and balcony were great for people watching. Owner was extremely helpful and accommodating with check in, luggage storage and suggestions.

Literally nothing

I booked for 1 night, but I was so satisfied that I stayed another night. The location is very central a few minutes from the train station. The view from the balcony (top floor) was amazing. The apartment left nothing to be desired, be it cleanliness or furnishings. Contactless check-in also went smoothly because you got detailed instructions from the landlady. The landlady is also always available and helps immediately if there are any questions. I can only recommend it!

Close to the railway station and completely automated check in & checkout experience. The owner was very helpful and available over WhatsApp. There was no WiFi, but other than that a perfect place to stay and act as a pit stop if you are city-hopping in Italy like we were. Everything was very clean and it is an actual entire apartment all to yourself.

Great location right next to Bologna Centrale station - easy access to rail and also Marconi express for Bologna airport. Host is very friendly and communicative.

The windows didn’t close or open properly. The bedroom window was blocked, it could’t pe opened nor closed so the noise during the night was disturbing due to traffic. The balcony door was broken, i could not open propely. Also the bathroom had a bad odor due to drainage issues.

Good location, near the train station. The kitchen facilities were all we needed.

the location is convenient because it is close to the train station, but it is not the best spot in Bologna for sure. The whole building felt a little sad, but this is of course none of the owner's fault.

Dishwasher didn’t work Apartment was a bit tired. Bedroom windows wouldn’t open, door to balcony would open but was broken.
