The room was really clean and tidy. All the space was nice and comfortable. It is small but with enough space for a couple. The location is good there are bus stops around and a lot of stuff to do at 10 minutes walking time.

The electrical source needs a card to function. The card was in the room but we did not know about it. Maybe a heads up would be nice. I don't know if it is common in other place but for me was a bit strange.

Staff! The property manager is very kind and helpful however there are so many issues with property: Nothing! There was 15 stairs to the elevator which was very incomplete for a traveler with suitcases. Tge room was too small, uncomfortable pillows, no extra blanket or pillow. Street too noisy

We don’t recommend this property for quality experience. 1- 15 stairs to elevator 2- Rooms are too small 3-Pillow and mattress is too uncomfortable 4- street toooooo noisy 5- no extra blanket or pillow

Amazing location, super close to the Duomo. Very clean and nice room

The window was facing a busy street with bars, so it was extremely loud during the night. The accomodation did provide earplugs, which was nice

We checked out after the first day. It smelt very bad, the bed was uncomfortable and very basic

Amazing location just down the road from the Duomo. Great value for money. Staff very responsive and easy check in instructions.

Bed wasn't super comfortable and the room was slightly smaller than expected. Would have been great to have a fridge and jug. No body wash in shower or tissues in the room. But all minor things - otherwise a great stay!

The location is really really good. The duomo is on the locations door step.

The bed was the worst I'd seen in my life. The mattress isn't the real problem, is the bed. The bed’s got a big dip where it holds the mattress, so it’s like there’s a hole right in the middle. You’ve basically gotta sleep in the middle of the mattress, like inside a hole. If it’s a couple, forget it — both end up rolling into the middle or spend the whole night trying not to. We had to take the bed frame away and just put the mattress on the floor to get any sleep. Proper awful. The bathroom flush also gives you a unique experience — you gotta press the button like 10 to 15 times in a row for it to actually work. It works every time, but...you know what I mean

The staff we absolutely amazing! Thank you for everything! So helpful and ready to make make you a coffee or juice when we were leaving or arriving. The rooms are well kept and very clean

Clean, modern and in a fantastic location. Big TV although we didn’t use it. Responsive and accommodating host, let us leave luggage a couple of hours before checkout, and checked in at the normal time.

Bed was very poor. Mattress was terrible, and the bed was just a camp bed, with multiple broken slats. There was a large amount of noise from partying till 4am in the street outside which potential guests should be made aware of. The pillows were so thin and long past their best and there was only one per person for the double bed. There were ants in the bathroom. There could be better basic facilities e.g a kettle, tea, coffee etc.

Beautiful apartment, modern, his and hers rainfall shower and very clean. Impressive apartment and great tv! Great location (except the noise) if you’re a light sleeper take ear plugs!

Had to check every apartment in the block before we found ours (never received apartment number) toilet blocked on a couple of occasions but was fixed on request! Street noise was loud until about 4am. Needs new pillows (still got neck ache!) and a kettle for a morning coffee.
