Excellent location right in the middle of old town. It is a very small room, but the price is very good. Was clean.

Have to check in online to receive check in instructions. Software wouldn’t allow me to update number of guests from 2 to 1, so I couldn’t check in at first. Had to contact the property. Still charged city tax for 2 people. Also, difficult to upload passport photos. Bottomline, check-in process needs improvement. Toilet seat definitely needs to be replaced immediately. Large chips on it. Would have been nice to have a map of the downtown. Was told to find parking on street or “nearby garages.” Would have been better if told of a specific garage to go to, so we could put it in gps, rather than guessing which one is closer from maps.

The apartment was located nearby both parkinghouse and city Centre. Nice bed and very clean. Aircon was good in the heat. Nice shower

The stairs and small hallway. A little bit tiny room but it was ok :-)

Good location close to shops and cafes/restaurants. Only 10 minutes walk to lake, ferry terminal, bus station, and Como lago train station. 20 mins to Como San Giovani station, or 15 by bus. Was very quiet within apartment block. Good air conditioning, comfortable bed. Clothes rail and hangers really helpful. Staff very friendly and helpful. We used the luggage drop the day we checked out, which was an excellent service.

Room was a bit more basic than the pictures made it seem, and there were small signs of wear. We thought there was a small fridge in the room, but it turned out to be a freezer! This ruined the food we put in and made a bit of a mess.

In the heart of Como, old town !

Easy to access, hassle free, well located, comfortable.

Air conditioning did not seem to be working. Room looks bigger in the picture than it actually is and does not have much storage for two guests, if traveling for a long period.

Clean,neat heated room with very pleasurable shower!Kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, plates, glasses&cups in the room was a big plus! Excellent location,just 10-15 minutes to the lake promenade.

There was a very strong smell of urine in the bathroom, and it made the entire room smell like a urinal

The best part of this accommodation is its location and proximity to all major attractions. I was there for the weekend only so it was ideal staying in this area.

The room is on the third floor without elevator and I had to carry my bag upstairs . Was a pain.There were some bugs near coffee table and bed was broken which although they fixed later, I find unfair for a one night stay. Check in is very late at 3 pm and checkout is before 10 am . Light in the room was bizarre and self switched off like hallway lights! The luggage storage is a 6-7 minute walk away so not directly at the property. This property is not value for money.

Great location. The neighbours were silent. Tasty coffee from nespresso machine and tea, easy check in and check out procedures. The bed was comfortable in general.

The fridge actually is freezer. It was a surprise. The room is smaller than it seems from photos. The bed is wobbly. The main issue was that in the room was a sewer smell even with the window in the toilet opened.

Great location and really comfy bed. The staff were really accommodating when we needed to leave bags, which I didn’t know we could do, so it’s worth noting this if you book. The office where you can drop your bags is super close to the apartment

Was quite small but perfect for what we needed it for. Lots of steps to the apartment which for us wasn’t an issue for us but would be difficult for someone who is less able to walk up lots of steps with luggage.

Good location. Bathroom was nice

The broken bed which we raised and they didn’t offer a solution. Room was tiny. We feel the place was massively overpriced for what you get and the service. Earliest checkout on our trip. Also the only place that wanted to charge us to leave our bags in storage for an hour after we checked out. Just all round disappointing. Better off staying in a hotel where they put effort into service.
