I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be better — right in the city center and just steps away from the beach. The staff were incredibly caring and always ready to help with anything I needed. I also loved the coffee here — truly delicious! Every question or request was handled quickly and effortlessly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

Too loud toilet. A little dark room because of it's a ground floor. I payed 60 euro instead of 58 because the host didn't have change. You have to check out at 10am.

Location is awesome! Staff is kind and friendly, room is clean. The host provide us a lot of place to visit and eat and also share the discount in some place. Breakfast is included for this good price. Good place, but for 1-2 nights: it's a ground floor and comfortable just for the sleeping.

No big gripes.

Comfortable for our family of five. Grandparents with son, daughter-in-law and grand daughter. Separate bathrooms and room for everyone. Convenient to the lungomare with clubs and Cesare’s Gelato. And to the city center and shopping. Local good restaurant Cantina della Suocera is just around the corner.

Large and modern apartment with a great view of the sea. Convenient to all public transport, train and bus station nearby. Not far from the airport. Walking distance to the town and beautiful boardwalk along the sea front. Value for money. I would definitely return 🤩

Since this apartment locates next to the seaside road, many cars always pass. So some people might mind the sound. (we have slept well. : p)

Absolutely location! We always stay near the sea no distance. We have a nice breeze from the sea. It is also near the main street. We enjoyed taking a walk at evening. Staff was excellent. He responded us gapless and correctly. The rooms were kept lovely.

The place is ideal for trips to the surroundings and to the city center. Very close to the train station. The host is very pleasant and reliable. Good communication despite my language barriers. A modern approach. Check-in and check-out without complications.

A little tired and very basic, but this was reflected in the price. The shower head was broken and quite sharp, but shower power was good. Very noisy, right next to main road, even with windows closed, but I think that is the whole of Italy and its crazy traffic!

The location was great, very handy and right next to the main restaurant and shopping area. The apartment was a great size with a well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning was a bonus, too. Staff were absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Lovely view of the sea, offset by road traffic noise.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Great location and good breakfast in a nearby cafe. the owner was very friendly and sent us recommendations for restaurants and places to see in Reggio di Calabria. There are a lot of parking places on the street (1 euro per hour), but the owner also gave us information where you can find free places.
