Everything was excellent. The warm welcome Catia and her husband Roberto, the room which was perfect with a small private balcony. Great shower and comfortable bed. Homemade cake and buffet for breakfast in the pretty breakfast room. The bedroom was spotlessly clean and has air conditioning. We would have loved to stay longer. Short distance from the airport and train station. We walked through the Centre to the beach, which is beautiful. There is also a bus to the station. Would definitely return.

Great place! The host Roberto is a very friendly man (thank you for the care and breakfast ❤️). The room is super clean and cozy, the bed is large and soft, access to the loggia from my room. Direct bus line to the city center, as well as to the airport. I highly recommend it.

It is hard to find any critical aspects!

My actual short stay in this nice location with super clean and comfortable rooms, was perfect! I am sorry to not have possibility to stay longer, to enjoy the italian hospitality and the wonderful nature around the beach. I can write in this review only the positive aspects about this nice hostel hosted by a very friendly family (Catia and Roberto) which offer me their best services according to my previous review, written as a returned customer at Civico250.

A nice location with super clean and comfortable rooms, hosted by wonderful family which offer us their best services from the comfortable accommodation, private transportation, to the food preparation, all together integrated in the best example of the Italian hospitality. If we had stayed longer, more positive aspects could be mentioned, but we will come back soon.

Nothing bed, only good aspects!

Everything was amazing, The owners (Catia and Roberto) were very kind and helpful and even picked us up from the airport when we arrived and got us to the airport when we departure. They have two daughters which speak fluently English, giving us many advices for a better management of our trip. The breakfast was amazing with homemade products, especially delicious cakes. This is a wonderful family, which offer us the best traditional Italian hospitality.

Nothing to put here. I liked everything.

The place is spotless, room, public areas everything. For sleeping, It's quiet, the bed is very comfortable, The decor, furnishings, and bathroom, are all of the highest standards. The hosts Catia and Roberto make you feel at home, are very accommodating, and are just a text away if you need anything. I highly recommend Civico 250, and would not stay anywhere else when visiting Pescara. Italian hospitality at its finest.

Catia is really lovely and helpful, the bedroom and B&B is well decorated, the bathroom was so spacious and the breakfast was so nice. I strongly recommend this place if you stay in Pescara

The car parking was an issue but since we only stayed for one night we managed fine.

The whole experience was lovely. The host made us feel at home and was very helpful and welcoming. Lovely apartment. Couldn't have wished for anything better.

Highly recommend this hotel! Fesh and clean rooms with AC, nice breakfast and very nice, helpful and polite host. Only 7 minutes by car from the beaches of Pescara! Free parking as well. Will definitely book again when in Pescara.

We liked everything :) The rooms are super clean and comfy. Everything seems new. The family owning the property is lovely, friendly, and kind. They pay attention to details and their customers. We arrived much earlier on the day and well before the check-in, but we were allowed to leave our stuff and were offered breakfast on top. On our departure day, they also offered to take us to the airport. The location is also great. A short walk from the airport, but also to the city center and the beach :) If we had stayed longer, I am sure I could add more positive things to this review. Hopefully, we will come back soon.

Nothing. It was amazing.

This was the most amazing place I have ever booked on booking.com. The owners were kind and helpful and even picked us up from the train station and got us to the airport the next day. The beds were comfortable, the location was really convenient, just a few minutes away from the train station. Location in walking distance to beach, but the owner offered to drive us if we wanted to go. The breakfast was amazing and homemade. We really can't say enough wonderful things about this family. They are a shining example of Italian hospitality.

Catia, Kiara and Roberto are exceptional hosts! Civico 250 is brand new, only opening at the beginning of May, and is clean,tidy and very chic. Everything was high end quality.From the coffee maker to the bathrooms and the amount of food available for breakfast. You can even store some food (or 🍷 he..he..) in the fridge. Pay Catia a little extra and she will wash, dry and fold your laundry while you're doing your site seeing!! Excellent service. Kiara was great with interpreting English and was very helpful knowing about bus routes, food places and general knowledge. Well done to the whole family for creating such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in. I highly recommend it for your next stay in Pescara. Best wishes, Zoran.
