It would have been good to have a kettle, some cutlery and some glasses to drink out of - some people might struggle with the steps inside but there is a lift, wouldn't be considered accessible for extra needs e.g. wheelchair or frailty - there is a very loud bar across the road that makes noise til around midnight each night, this didn't bother me but would bother a light sleeper.

The room was bright and modern, it had a fridge which was very useful, the location is excellent, all the major sights are within walkable distance, they have a luggage room so you can leave your bag before and after check-in/check-out, they are trying to be eco friendly in that they change the towels alternate days but often the cleaner had been whilst doing the other rooms. It felt very secure as there are 2 main coded doors and then your room door.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room did not work. With +27°C outside, it was extremely stuffy and impossible to sleep. For this price, I believe such issues should not occur.

-Our room was very loud as there are parties on the street in front of the hotel. Luckily we had earplugs with us, otherwise I don’t think we could’ve slept -the elevator doesn’t really work (just to keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage) -the bed is not very comfortable -expensive for what it offers Overall it is ok for a short stay, but not for this price.

-well-located, really close to all the main attractions of Florence. -It’s also clean and has everything you need for a short stay. -it’s convenient if you are a solo traveller or you want to stay right in the heart of the city.

The only thing was there is no tea/ coffee amenities in the room, although there was a small fridge and a late night mini supermarket opposite the property.

The central location is great, having codes instead of keys worked really well. The room was super clean and modern, would definitely staff again!

The rooms are in front of a irish/ karaoke bar, even though the room was good noise isolated you could still could hear every night the people singing.

The property is in an excellent location for exploring the city and for its proximity to a lot of restaurants. We liked that it was clean, had air conditioning and a comfortable bed. It was easy to check in and the correspondence from the staff was great.

We got the room at a discount but I don’t know if it would have been worth full price. The room was lovely and neat with a fridge but there were no frills and would have been minimal for a longer stay. Low shower pressure too.

Perfect location, central to everything in Florence. The room was neat and clean and a good size for just a couple of nights. Felt safe and comfortable in a high foot traffic area.

Our main issue was not with the property itself, but the noise from the neighboring Irish Pub. The pub hosts a karaoke night every night at 10pm, which in the 2 nights we were present ran till 2am at least. This did affect our sleep. Was surpriced that there were no rules against this. Just a note for anyone who would not like karaoke music/singing through the windows.

For a short stay and perhaps a solo traveler this property might be ideal. the room size was a bit on the smaller size for us personally, but it was as advertised. The check in process was smooth and all instructions were provided before hand. You can just get in and out of the property with the provided codes. The location was quite central, and walkable distance to all the main sites. The taxi could get to the property if you wanted to get to the airport.

It's an old building, the walls between rooms are not insulated, could hear the neighbours dropping a glasses case on the floor and their conversation. High ceilings hence difficult to keep the room dust free, allergies would suffer. Bedsheets changed and clean but not duvet and bed throw.

Location, right in the centre. Air-conditioning worked great, was needed as very noisy outside (opposite pubs close at 2am) and small space. What is advertised is what you get. Ease of use once work out the codes.

The location is excellent, less than 5-minute walk to Piazza del Duomo. However, there's a pub right across the street, so expect some noise at night. The room is very small but nicely decorated – without the decor, it would feel a bit like a cell. There are no keys, only access codes (different ones for the main entrance, apartment entrance, room unlock, and room lock), which is nice since you can check in anytime, but can get a bit annoying, especially if you have to keep checking your phone for the codes. If you have good memory thought, the codes are somewhat similar, so you could memorise them. The room basically only fits a bed and a chair – fine for sleeping, but not ideal for much more, e.g. eating a snack comfortably. The bed was comfy and fit two people, but it wasn’t that spacious because the edges sank a little. Also there was no iron. The stairs to the second floor don’t seem bad at first, but after walking around all Florence, they do get tiring. We had an issue with the air conditioning – it only blew cold air, and the remote's button to change the setting was broken. We managed to find a workaround, but the message we sent on WhatsApp was never answered, even days later. Maybe it was because of Easter, but still. Still, if you find it at a good price, it’s worth it even for the location alone.
