Super convenient to reach all the main attractions in Firenze. The staff is so friendly and professional giving all the information needed in advance. The bathroom has a lot of space, and the windows are really helpful getting rid of the outside noise.

There is no elevator. The pillow is too flat and soft but it is just according to my personal preference.

Good location, convenient and clean room. There is lift to bring up our luggage! The staff is easy to communicate and they are very helpful.

It was great if there is kettle and cup or glass.

How close it is to the main attractions

The high ceilings

No reception area nor person. Non contact facility. No face to face staff to help, give information or diffuse problems. No elevator key in evidence to use the elevator for luggage.

The location was really perfect and the building had this tiny little elevator one could use... The lady who cleans the room is a sweet old lady. The bathroom is nice and relatively spacious.

Our room was made of three parts. The bathroom, the bedroom and an entry way that separates the two. The bedroom itself is tiny. It is so tiny that a decent bed can't fit. The bed -if I had to guess- is one of those 1.5 beds you see in ikea that are made for a single person to sleep on. I had the worst nights waking up constantly because the bed is uncomfortable. But that's not the only annoying part. You'd think that a small bed was a bad choice but at least it gives you room for a little coffee machine and a kettle, right? No. We didn't have any coffee machine, a kettle, some tea, some water, cups, nothin. Absolutely nothing. Lastly, the walls were PAPER THIN. I could hear somebody coughing all night from the other room.

The shower is more of a dribble, doesn’t get hot until about after 5 mins.

Amazing location, and really cool vibe hotel. Felt more like a local stay that a hotel which we liked

The location was great for this place! The room was comfortable for the most part and everything I needed was available to me. It was very clean and I liked the quality of the room. It's not a large space, but I expected that. Check in/out was pretty seamless. I second guess myself a lot so I asked a lot of questions during the process and they were very responsive. This is a great place for a single traveler or two at the most!

This is very minor, but although they were very responsive on WhatsApp, I wish some wayfinding images were used in their check in/out documents. I likely second guessed everything, but asked them a ton of questions on where to go or put my luggage etc. This is all likely on me, I'm sure! The second floor is actually the third floor, so definitely expect a lot of stairs (because I didn't know they use ground floor as first floor, so just noting for anyone else who might not realize).

Close location to eating, bars, snack market. Walking distance to everything. Staff responded immediately questions and our room was ready so we checked in early. 😁

The Irish pub across the street was a bit noisy, but it was a Friday night so it’s to be expected. Couldn’t figure out the lift.

The room was bright and modern, it had a fridge which was very useful, the location is excellent, all the major sights are within walkable distance, they have a luggage room so you can leave your bag before and after check-in/check-out, they are trying to be eco friendly in that they change the towels alternate days but often the cleaner had been whilst doing the other rooms. It felt very secure as there are 2 main coded doors and then your room door.

It would have been good to have a kettle, some cutlery and some glasses to drink out of - some people might struggle with the steps inside but there is a lift, wouldn't be considered accessible for extra needs e.g. wheelchair or frailty - there is a very loud bar across the road that makes noise til around midnight each night, this didn't bother me but would bother a light sleeper.

Great location and very convenient entry system.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room did not work. With +27°C outside, it was extremely stuffy and impossible to sleep. For this price, I believe such issues should not occur.
