Nothing to fault. Perfect accommodation.

Everything! Great place and location. The lovely host met us on arrival and showed us everything we needed to know. She was extremely helpful with advising us on good local restaurants and information about the War Cemeteries and Monte Cassino. She even rang the Abbey and booked a guided tour for us. The property was very clean with lovely amenities. The whole place seemed newly fitted out. Bathroom was great. Very big shower with two shower heads. Bedroom was comfortable with air conditioning and automatic window shutters that kept the room dark and soundproof. Toiletries were provided which seemed high quality. The apartment had three suites with own bathrooms and a communal fully equipped kitchen and dining room in the centre. Oven and big gas hobs and refrigerator for use. Coffee and tea provided. Coffee machine and kettle available. Breakfast was provided each morning. It was a great way to meet other travellers. Sara came each morning and set out the breakfast, made coffees for us all and cleaned up and did the dishes. She was very friendly, engaging and helpful. 👍 The owner was very responsive to any questions and popped in to check everything was ok. Definitely would stay here again if visiting Cassino. Thank you both

Excellent the host picked us up from the train station at 8.30pm Ideal location 10 minute walk to get the bus to the Abbey lots of bars and restaurants within a 10 minutes walk Breakfast was lovely Would highly recommend

The only way to open the house door is via a website - being old-school, I would've appreciated a physical key (e.g. what if your phone breaks) Cassino itself is a kind of quirky town - if you are not here to see the abbey, not much reason to loiter around

Super kind hosts - GRAZIE MILLE for your hospitality , warm welcome and food Fabulous breafkast Stylish modern clean rooms of reasonable size Common kitchen area w/ large fridge - convenient if travelling as a group and/or cooking together (you also get smaller fridge in your room) Great shower Powerful A/C Easy parking in the street behind the corner (I recommend EasyPark app) The jacuzzi room was really something!! :-D Clear check-in instructions - if you are a person who loves reading through a 3 pg. A4 manual shared over WhatsApp on how to close a bathroom window , all that after you spent the day driving in 40*C on Italian motorways... look elsewhere ;-)

The only reservation I have is a small one but I thought the breakfasts (included in the price of the room) could have offered more choice such as fresh fruit salad, orange juice, yoghurt and less sugary pastries.

The accommodation was very clean and well renovated and decorated. It had a small balcony with a table and chairs so I was able to sit outside if I wanted to. The accommodation is also located in the centre of Cassino and close to cafes, bars and restaurants. The proprietors went out of their way to help me get to those sites that I wanted to visit. They also put me up for an extra night when a train strike prevented me from travelling to my next destination.

The rooms and breakfast were excellent, the owner was very friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation. Don't be put off by the street view.

We had a lot of issues entering the unit when we arrived late night. Other than that is was good.

This is a newly renovated and very clean apartment. The breakfast staff was very friendly and nice. Location was good, but a little walk to Main Street.

we were not told that the lounge/kitchen area outside the room would be shared with strangers. The digital access system is disaster unless you have international roaming phone account
