EXCEPTIONAL! #1: Host “Anna” immediately greeted us at the front door. Large immaculate, spacious room, very COMFY bed, GREAT shower, delicious breakfast. Central location surrounded by shops, restaurants & a lively town. Parking available across from property (€7 for 2 days!) 10 min walk to beautiful white sand beach with MANY beach clubs to choose . Over 25 years of traveling around Italia, first visit to Pescara and we will ABSOLUTELY return! MILLE GRAZIE ANNA ! ❤️

Anna is a great hostess. Local produce at breakfast. What else could we ask? Room is very spacious. It’s a feel good bed and breakfast ; Close to beach and few meters to the train station. Pescara is worth a stay.

Superb accomodation. More like a five star hotel than a B&B. Large comfortable bed in a spacious room with a lovely en suite bathroom. Great location near the train station but quiet and easy to find many restaurants. Very fast wifi.

- breakfast could be more with vegetable, eggs...not every day the same - this is not problem of acomodation but of city, twice per our week we didnt have water in the evening:(

They didn't clean the room the next day. We have being in the beach and there was some sand on the floor.

The room and the bathroom were large. The A/C was OK. The breakfast was good. The situation was excelllent.

The accommodation was extremely nice! The room was spacious, very clean and our hosts were very lovely, friendly and accommodating to our needs. We flew in the morning and arrived at the room at 8:30AM and everything was ready for us. The breakfast was simple, yet delicious and just enough to get your day started before heading out to the beach. Definitely recommend this place!

Everything was prefect

The location is ideal - close to the station and close to the city center and beach. The interior is BEAUTIFUL. Staff very welcoming and helpful, helped us even to get to the airport and kept our luggage during the day after the check out!! Very easy to communicate and arrange the check-in/check out. Very central and close to a big parking place by the station. The room was really quiet although right next to the main road. Excellent facilities and a very friendly hostess! Nice big comfortable bed

Perfect in every way! 3 minute walk from the bus, 5 minute walk from beach. The rooms are beautiful and very high spec. Everything is new and spotless. The hosts are wonderful and attentive and made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Would certainly stay here again, and would recommend to anyone visiting Pescara 10/10 ⭐️ thank you!!!

Location is perfect, just 3 min from the Central Station and 10 min from the beach. The room is new, spacious, tastefully decorated, and very clean. We felt like at home. Small but sufficient breakfast. The proprietress is hospitable, friendly and helpful.
