The kitchenette was a bit lacking in equipment and space. We rely heavily on cooking when traveling as our child is Celiac and we needed to improvise with the given cookware/equipment but we got by eventually.

Very nice location and we had the place for ourselves since it was end of season (also the owner was kind enough to upgrade our room). There's a nice sweeming pool, bicycles yoy can borrow, lovely walks along the river and its in a very nice and quiet village.

The wifi fell after the fist day and they couldnt fix it so we didn't have NETFLIX

The The area itself is large and beautiful, the mobile home was very clean and the owner provuded milk, eggs, wibe, pasta and pasta sauce! the children really enjoyed the pool, and there were bicycles available to take for a ride in the park, which is located just outside the gate.to reach the moble home we used a golf cart, i think it will be the obe thing the kids will keep talking about.

the location is near to the attraction and in the same time very calm The facilities: amazing swimming pool- you can be alone there large part of the day everything you need for children( small and big): bikes, ping pong, pool table, football and other games

Very peaceful and beautiful location outside the hustle of the Garda Lake. Couple of restaurants and a bakery in walking distance. Game room and pool were great too! The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Most of all the service was Excellent and friendly!

Highly recommended. A pleasant place for families in a quiet village not far from the city and close to the main attractions in the area. With all the facilities you need- free bicycles, nice jacuzzi, rooms full of games for the kids and more. The hosts were warm and welcoming, even providing us free homemade food for the first morning

We were family with 6 children staying in the big apartment. The facilities were AMAZING! A pool, bycicles for the whole family, a movie room, jacuzzi, and many toys for the kids. The kitchen is well equipped also with oil, pasta, wine , milk, and some other things. There is also a laundry machine and a dryer available at the site. The owner is SO NICE!

Loved the location, the beautiful river, our wonderful accommodation, the surprise freebies and all the extensive facilities (the game room, the bicycles, the swimming pool). Owner and his family were very welcoming and extremely helpful.

It is difficult to summarise staying at this property as there are so many positives and no negatives. This was a fantastic property in a beautiful setting only a short drive from Peschiera di Garda, with secure parking. It was lovely to get away from the busy towns and villages around the lake in the evenings and relax on the terrace or around the pool. There are fantastic facilities, a beautiful billiards/pool table, cinema (with lots of dvds in the press) and board games in the loft area. Table tennis table plus plenty of games and books for children in the basement area to keep everyone entertained after a long day or on the occasion when it rains, you can enjoy a cup of coffee or hot chocolate from the drinks machine in this communal area. There is a room under the apartments that has the washing machine facilities and also a number of bikes that you can borrow, the gates at the back of the property lead to a beautiful walking/cycling path along the river that will bring you to neighbouring towns. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment, it was very comfortable, spacious, and air conditioned with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for us ( 6 adults). In the area there is a pharmacy across the road, you can take a bus to Pescheria just up the road and tickets can be purchased in the tobbaco shop at the corner. There is also a small shop and bakery pass the tobbaco shop and on your right, opposite the church, there is also a little cafe. We did our shopping in Aldi and a local supermarket Orvea (very good value) which was only 7 mins drive. From our first meeting with our hosts to our last I cannot emphasize how lovely and genuine they were. When we were there we had two days of rain so a Italian food tasting evening was arranged for us for a small charge to cover the cost involved, we had such a lovely evening meeting all the guests and our hosts family and friends. We enjoyed some great chess games with one particular host family member.

Everything was perfect. The location was great, it was so quiet and nice. The food, wine and olive are delicious. It was workation for us and it really worked out well - the internet was very good. There is also a new nice swimming pool. Alessandro was so kind and helpful. There is a coffee machine in the common area and fridge. Kitchen in the room was also well equipped - there was even a full size fridge and small dishwasher. We really enjoyed our stay!!

the jaccuzi wasn’t available but thats really a little down compared to the ups

Facilities were amazing- rooms for fully equipped with basic kitchen supplies and amenities, even a dishwasher. bikes are available as well a washer and drier for clothes. the staff was very welcoming and helpful. more than anything the location right on the river was perfect.
