Location, location, location! It was our first time to Florence. we were so excited to get out and see all the sights and the hotel is located in center of it all. Yes, it’s busy, and can be congested at times but the hotel is quiet. The walls are sounds proof, not 100% but plenty to feel like you’re not in the middle of the city. We loved it, had breakfast there, and talked with all the friendly staff. It felt like a Bed&Breakfast (in USA). We would go back!

Everything. The room was spacious and elegant. The bed and pillows were perhaps the most comfortable I ever slept in. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The location cannot be beat. Breakfast was excellent. I regret we were only here for one night.

Breakfast had a “no pay and a pay”! It’s breakfast, it’s either included or it’s not. Surely it’s an an Italian thing! I agreed to have extra and pay. The hotel is wonderful. It exceeded my expectations. Staff and GM are service orientated and make your stay absolutely perfecto!! Wonderful.

Ideal location right next to the Duomo and Piazza della Signora. Spacious suite with great amenities. Solid breakfast was included.

We had a Deluxe room and it was an old smell inside, both of the deluxe room that we had as a group had this smell. The third one did not, which makes me think something can be done about it. Probably the fault of the ventilation system! But was not something very disturbing.

Some outdoor noise from a restaurant which is located in the courtyard below the apartments but nothing too extreme.

My window looked onto the Restaurant below which was extremely noisy, but I have to say they stop the noise at a decent hour so it really was not disturbing

The location is perfect! A 7 minute walk to most anywhere. And although you are on a busy street, when the windows are closed you don’t hear a thing!
