My only complaint: if you are staying in Room 3 it’s right under the piazza and there is a bar that has teenage boys that party and drink all night and play loud music until at least 2 am. I really hated that! I had to put in headphones to get to sleep. I have a sleeping disorder and that really stressed me out. And another thing i really can’t stand, CIGARETTES. I don’t know who was smoking inside the hotel but on my floor i could smell it. I despise cigarettes and cigarette smoke. My father died from cigarettes and it brings back really bad memories. Nobody should be smoking period but they damn sure shouldn’t be smoking inside the hotel where others can smell it.

I loved my room. It was so beautiful. I stayed in Room No. 3. Anna Marie is very kind and accommodating , the property is beautiful.

Only issue is that it was hard to find as the entrance is on a tiny street.

We loved this place! We were passing through on our way to the Gargano and we wished we could have stayed longer. We love great design and this b&b was clean and gorgeously decorated. Annamaria was on staff and she showed us another room that was even more beautiful, and we hope to stay in that one someday. Breakfast room was stunning and the breakfast was delicious!

Nothing really. You have large old style keys to enter the rooms and the property.

Service from AnnaMaria was outstanding. She was proactive to ask if you needed anything and she communicated well prior and throughout the stay. Location was in the centre of the historic town with views overlooking the piazza Rossetti. Rooms were clean, luxurious and comfortable. It’s an old palace that has original aspects which has been modernised in a French provincial interior design. Breakfast was delicious and something we looked forward to each morning. The ambiance of the property was romantic and relaxing. Rooms serviced daily.

It was 5* luxury from the moment you step through the door. An amazing building in a fabulous location, and even better facilities, breakfast and friendly host/owner. We absolutely loved our stay and it definitely has already become our favourite place in Vasto. We cannot wait to go back again!

Loved it all.

Loved this place hidden behind 2 large wooden doors. You could smell the musk in the building due to how old it was. Built in the 1700's reminded me of my grandmother's house. The room was tastefully decorated keeping to the age of the building. Sheets and towels good quality. Breakfast room is exactly as pictured absolutely beautiful. Breakfast options was good with hot choices available. Elevator worked well as did the air conditioning. Location was perfect overlooking the piazza with lots of restaurants around. Parking was a little tricky but managed. The lady at reception was wonderful in helping us with medical needs. Highly recommended and I would stay again.

Need more beach towels!

A grand palace! Spacious and luxurious. Anna Maria was a kind and gracious hostess. The breakfast area was amazing and the food was fresh, varied and very satisfying. The location is perfect for getting to all the historic sights in old town. We're definitely coming back!

The entry is a problem when you arrive in the evening or late. The alley entrance had restaurants set up in the street which means you would have to walk your luggage in after say 6:00 pm.

The staff and the breakfast room were magnificent. The location was perfect. The better rooms were incredible but even the basic rooms are quite nice. Parking was a bit of a walk but nothing too far.

Beautifully maintained mansion with many interesting features. We were very comfortable with our suite and our hosts Anna Maria and Patricia could not do enough for us. Breakfast was an absolute highlight and the property’s position, overlooking the Piazza and a short walk to shops, bars, restaurants, what more could you wish for. Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing stay!

It was PERFECT I would not change a thing!

It was so wonderful! I had been to Rome, Florence and Venice and the breakfast here was THE BEST of all.

Staff where shocking two females who could clearly see we had two younge children made us feel as though our children should be silent at all times. My little boy wakes up roaring pretending to be a dinosaur most mornings, one of the staff members made a face like she had never seen a child making noise! I can't believe how stuck up these people where. Breakfast we had to ask for eggs as our children like eggs in the morning. This seemed to be a chore for them. Would not stay here ever again. Also light comes into the room. The noise was absurd that came from the bar opposite was like being next to a night club. WiFi also did not work.

Rooms where beautiful. The furnishings and the beds where lovely.
