It was conveniently located at the heart of Monopoli with some excellent restaurants and bars nearby. It is on the first floor and easily accessible by stairs. There is a small well equipped kitchen area allowing preparation of drinks and food. The property is located within the ZTL zone and the central area is effectively pedestrianised. The decor is modern and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Monopoli is a great base for other towns such as Matera, Alberobello, etc. fascinating history to this area. Francesco met us at the apartment and replied to any queries quickly, exceeded expectation

The best thing about the property was that despite being in the centre of town, it was an oasis of calm. The rooms were inside a lovely courtyard, well away from the front doors and lovely street. The bar where you have breakfast is just down the road and they were super friendly people too.

The property is right in the historic centre of town and a short walk to the train station. The room was large, well-appointed, clean and beautifully decorated. There was a small table outside each room and a larger lounging area for everyone to enjoy. The staff went above and beyond even printing a voucher for a rental car when I got that as a last minute request. Lovely town and super place.

The communication with staff was prompt and easy. It was good to have staff available. The room was light & airy. The Bec was really comfortable. Nice to have tea/coffee making facilities.

Only a very small item to be aware of is the kitchenette-it’s purely just a stovetop, kettle and some pans. If you’re a family travelling or planning to do much cooking, this might be an issue. However, with the exceptional restaurants and cafes of Monopoli’s food scene right on your doorstep, I would recommend going out for all meals anyway!

Possibly one of the nicest locations we’ve ever stayed. We had five nights in the Zeus room and it was just fabulous. Extremely spacious, with two bathrooms and a large balcony, overlooking the beautiful, vibrant, cobbled street below. Francesco, our host, was so great. There to meet us on checkin, with a welcome bottle of rosé. He was easily contactable and provided additional items and advice on things very quickly when we asked him. This is a place where the photos don’t do it justice. Highly, highly recommended!

Breakfast is served at a nearby café, it was ok but nothing special - I would book this without breakfast next time so I can pick where to go and what to get.

Is not easy to park if you go by car. You need to be patience to find a free parking because the location is too crowded.

The place was super clean and beautifully decorated (and the hot tub was the cherry on the cake). It is perfectly located and close to everything, to the historical center and to great beaches.

We had the most amazing stay in this absolutely stunning apartment in the old town of Monopoli. The property is beautifully maintained, and every detail made our stay so enjoyable. The fresco ceiling in the bedroom was truly breathtaking — such a unique and unforgettable feature. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, combining comfort with elegance. Being right in the heart of the old town meant we had restaurants, shops, and sights just outside our door. A truly luxurious apartment in the perfect location — we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The sofa bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life. I tried to see what brand it was because I want to buy one! We are sometimes put off when sofa beds are mentioned in accommodation but I’m telling you this sofa bed was unbelievable! My family spent four nights at this apartment. I hope to return one day.

Large and clean room located right in the centre of town, accessible to everything but no street noise to keep you up at night. Very much enjoyed my stay with our 3 teen children and would come again. Francesco was very responsive to messages. The breakfast at the bar down the road made for an easy and sweet start to the day.

We loved stopping at this property, the location was perfect and the room was just what we needed for a 3 night stay. We loved having the kitchenette and the outside area to chill in. We would highly recommend basing yourself here if coming to the area.

This is a gorgeous place to stay in the heart of the old town in Monopoli. The room and bathroom were beautiful, and the rooms have a lovely little terrace where you can sit, overlooking the courtyard. Francesco, our host, was very welcoming and helpful, and responded to any queries promptly.

The room got a little hot at times, but such is life in hotels in Europe. Francesco brought us a fan when we mentioned it and it was just what we needed.

Stay was so clean and cute! Location was 10/10 for walking to restaurants and local beaches. Beach clubs are also a short ride away if you are looking for an upscale beach experience. Francesco the host was so helpful and easy to reach if we needed anything.
