There is no elevator and the room is up 2 flights of stairs; may be a problem for those with mobility concerns.

Very easy walk from train station. Bed was comfortable and room was very nice. Benedetta was very easy to work with.

Our flight got delayed so we arrived at the property very late. The lady was very understanding and waited until we arrived to check in at 10pm.

This was a perfect location. It was close enough to the shopping, yet far enough away to be quiet. Everything was perfectly clean and well kept. Benedetta was there to greet us and give us plenty of information.

Breakfast was not included but we found excellent breakfast near by. Benedetta helped us with our luggage both checking in and checking out and stored our luggage while we waited for our train. It was a pleasure to meet her and work with her

We loved everything, we just wish it had a view of the sea…

We chose to stay at this boutique “hotel” based on the great reviews on Booking.com. We made the right choice. The location was great, 200 meters from the vehicle parking lot, and a stone throw away from the beach. The property was very clean and modern, the room we stayed was very elegant, had everything we could need, including beach basket and towels, beach umbrella, sunscreen, and many many more. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom, excellent. Last but not least, the lady who greeted us was very sweet, and gave us great suggestions and recommendations. We highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of staying in Monterosso Al Mare.

It didn’t bother us but on second floor with no elevator. Just a note for those who have difficulty with luggage (we all had carryons).

Loved this property! Starting with the most friendly host, she had our rooms ready early, rooms had the best beach bags and towels, it was clean, comfortable, great location and very roomy bathroom and main room.

Perfect location, great host who is very responsive. Check-in was super easy and Benedetta was super kind to provide bottles of water, good toiletries, tea and coffee facilities.

The entire experience was fantastic. Our train was delayed, causing concern about arriving too late to check in, but the owner quickly responded to every message, reassuring us it was fine and offering to meet us at the property. The place was charming and perfectly located in the town center. I highly recommend it and would gladly stay again if we return!

Amazing location - host was phenomenal, and everything about the property was wonderful! She met us after our taxi driver called her and she helped to carry our bags. The rooms were in a perfect location close to the old town, with great amenities. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Key was a bit hard to use until you got the hang of it.

Lovely clean and quiet room on upper floor up a quaint alley in Monterosso. Highly recommend but only if you are able to do stairs to get to room. Lots of eateries near by as well as gelotto and bakeries.
