Location at street level, humidity, some advertised equipment not working or had to be fixed .

Good location, spacious, nice sauna and friendly staff. We got a good escape deal which made the quality price ratio ok, normal price would have left us disappointed.

The staff is completely unresponsive to any query or messages. Due to the tricky location, it is important the hotel provides good direction for the guests. Also, there are big steps on the way which can be avoided if you get a right direction.

The breakfast was very nice, filling and fresh. The room was quiet and clean with a nice bathroom and a private terrace. The lady managing breakfast was very efficient and nice. Around 600 meter from public transport to the train station.

The bathroom.door didn't close and there was no doors on the bedrooms. Also extra charge for the rooftop thats not explained

We were on the top floor which was accessible via the steepest narrowest set of stairs I have ever seen. One slip and they would be a deathtrap. Dont know how it passed Health and safety regulations. Also no advance notice of this and if someone had any kind of issues...or poor health it would be disaster.

Room was junior suite...not large by.any means...bed was comfortable but room needs a little TLC The reception and breakfast area was in another building a few minutes walk away...found this quite odd. There was no mention of this when booking. The hotel is made up of 8/9 different houses. Staff were very helpful.

The location was incorrect, we couldn’t find the place had to wait on the street until we managed to contact someone in the property. Poor communication. Also, they say they offer a shuttle but you need to pay €35 each way

The jacuzzi in our room didn’t work! We found this out late on the Sunday afternoon at which point it didn’t seem to be worth making a fuss as there was little chance of it being fixed before we left the next morning. And to be fair it was huge and just nice to lay in anyway. But maybe worth checking to see if it is fixed before booking, if that would be important to you. Breakfast fairly basic - unless you want to fill up on cake, which looked amazing but isn’t how we start our days. Parking on the road beside the little green piazza on the outskirts of the old town was easy enough, but the Gestopark app is a total disaster to use so try and pay on the kerbside machines instead if you can make sense of them.

The rooms are all standalone in separate properties scattered around the edge of the old town, only a couple of minutes into the main piazza. The Poesia room we stayed in was very sympathetically converted and updated. Massive main area on the first floor including bathroom, basic kitchenette, dressing room with jacuzzi and a very comfy and large bed. There was further bedroom upstairs which we didn’t use, also a roof terrace which it was too hot to sit on during the day but would be lovely late in the evening or early in the morning I’m sure. Staff were super friendly and efficient.

The room was a bit humid and musty, but that is natural because it was ground floor and there is a pool inside. It was well countered with plenty of ventilation.

We absolutely loved the sauna, the size of the room, and the comfort level of the bed. It was also exceptionally well located for all of our activities in Ostuni.

If you have a car it’s a bit of a nightmare. There is paid parking around the park however it’ll cost you about 50 euros a day. We had to drive around trying to find white/free parks a lot (which in the tiny streets is very stressful). Also our room didn’t have a balcony which made it hard to dry bathers etc (my fault for not checking)

Jacuzzi seemingly hadn’t been used for a while so was emitting a bad smell . Electric tripped during the evening and as the staircase next to the room it houses a public hot tub which was used at 2am ! Only other thing to note was we had two people enter the room thinking it was the reception which was a bit disconcerting . Would suggest taking down what looks like the entrance to reception

There was an issue with the room we booked which took some time to fix. While we were delayed the staff (particularly Rita) were helpful and gave a complementary drinks while we waited and a bottle of wine for our troubles. We were able to get into the room we originally booked for our second night.

A very comfortable and unique stay. Appreciate the amenities (jacuzzi and sauna) and having breakfast was good to start to the day.

Breakfast was very commy, location was in the center of old town, a bit difficult when it comes to the transporation of the lagguage but still was worthy and great to experince the feeling of being in Ostoni.
