We loved everything about our stay and would HIGHLY recommend others choose this lovely place to stay. The welcome, hospitality, and care we received from host Guiseppe and his wife was exceptional and we loved practicing our Italian in our conversations. Communication in advance and during our stay was excellent. And we received loads of recommendations for the local area too. The whole place was spotless, amazingly fragranced, and was always being cleaned. The rooftop terrace was a delight - perfect for enjoying the extensive and delicious breakfast and soaking up the sunshine. We had access to beachtowels and parasol which was such a great help. The location is more than ideal, right in the town but still felt really peaceful and was quiet. Everything felt brand new and well looked after. The bathroom was immaculate with great shower pressure. Bed was large, comfortable and 2 different types of pillow so you can choose your preference. The incredible attention to detail, furnishings, and kindness all show the heart and soul being poured into this B&B. Top place and the best of our whole trip in Italy. Giuseppe is a truly exceptional host. He is warm and engaging. He recommended lots of restaurants, bars, etc. He allowed me to store an icepack in the freezer part of the fridge and helped me with printing/scanning a document. Im so grateful. The accommodation is spotless, comfy bed and pillows. It's a great shower. It has a little balcony/line for drying clothes. The roof terrace is a wonderful space, not just for breakfast, you can use it during the day and it has sunbeds Breakfast was great, yoghurts, cereals, fruit, croissants, cold meats, cheeses, etc. The location was perfect, in a quiet area off the main street. No noise at night. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!!

We had a lovely stay in the room with the terrace for 7 nights. The room itself was lovely with comfy bed and amazing bathroom. The breakfasts were super nice, especially the baked goods made by the hosts! Giuseppe was super lovely guy and very knowledgeable about the local area, giving us lots of great tips. The location is right in the centre of tropea, but somehow hidden away making it feel tucked away from the busy streets. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back! Thank you to our hosts :))

Nothing to complain - even the other guests (mostly you only see them during breakfast) were very friendly and always with a smile. I guess because of the lovely atmosphere on this place.

If you decide to go to Tropea you will have to stay in De LoCa Rooms B&B !!! That is a must !!! I CAN RECOMAND THIS PLACE 100% ! ❤️ The owner, Giuseppe, is the most friendliest and helpfull person I ever met on my many different vacations. His wife makes the best homemade cakes for Breakfast. Breakfast is delicious, wide range, even glutean free. Giuseppe helps you for everything. You feel so safe like at home. The place is in the middle of the centre of the old town, you go outside and you are in the middle of everything, Shops, Restaurants, Bars .... and the beach is very near. But it is absolutely silent! Giuseppe provides you with Beachcloth, Beachumbrella, ... you will get so spoiled. The bathroom, shower is great as the shower is big. With my long hair it's always hard to have enough space but in this shower ... so comfortable!!! And the water pressure is nice! Even the hairdryer was like at hone, an ordinary big one not like the useless hairdryers in big Hotels which you can't move and having no power. The aircon is needed and perfect working. The whole place smells so good and clean! I am fascinated from this place, what a lovely family !!! And there were young couples, young girls, me ... old girl .. so everybody feels comfortable But I can recomand also for Single travellers as Giuseppe is helping so much and his English is perfect !!! My native language is German, but as in Tropea are international Tourists I am writing this in English I am Manuela from Vienna. I am a reall customer, just sitting in Lamezia Airport going home waiting for my belayted flight!

We liked absolutt everything during our stay. Comfortable room and bed. The outstanding brakfast on the terrasse having all we needed for å good start. We will never forget the varitu of freshly homemade cake offeret. The host and his wife as well as houskeeping staff was all outstanding in the way we were treated. And not to forget the location. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful B&B in Tropea! The room was modern, fresh, and impeccably clean. The location couldn't have been better: right in the center, with everything just steps away, including the stunning main beach of Tropea. Shoutout to Giuseppe the host, he went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed and massively saved our holiday! Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Tropea!

The location is perfect in the town centre but away from the noise. the balcony area is private and has lots of atmosphere. Rooms are brand new and finished to a very high standard. Owner is super helpful, came to our taxi to collect out bags and helped with recommendations of great restaurants etc. Always available. Fabulous. Mi raccomando.

This is an amazing place in the beautiful old center of Tropea. Very clean, great breakfast, quiet and welcoming. But the host Giuseppe is exceptional. So friendly and helpful, and very professional but in a very relaxed way. He gave us very good tips for restaurants and helped us when our train was not running. Very much recommend!!

I absolutely loved the terrace where the breakfast was served daily, and the food itself, especially fresh orange juice and lemon cake. The location is perfect, a minute away from all the hustle but still peacefully quiet for sleeping. The room itself was clean, modern, and comfortable, fridge filled with drinks came in handy. Lastly, the host is lovely, he has so many recommendations and is always reachable, before and during the trip. Special thanks for the books in the lobby :)

Super nice stay, Giuseppe and his wife are always putting you in a good mood. Rooms are very clean and furnished. Breakfast is really good with homemade cakes, local food and some fresh fruits and vegetables every day. Good recommandations for restaurants and exits at your arrival. Cherry on the cake, really well situated.

The steps going up to the accommodation but Giuseppe helped with luggage up & down from the B&B.

Breakfast was great. Giuseppe & Frederica always welcoming at breakfast time. Giuseppe was the best host, very obliging in every way, gave us tips on where to eat & more, organised a pick up car for us back to airport.

Upstairs room is next to the kitchen and sometimes we could hear some breakfast sounds around 8am.

We had an amazing stay at the B&B, we felt very welcomed, we were given useful information about restaurants, beaches and train connections. The room was big enough, everything thought through for a comfortable stay. Anything we ask or needed was given to us :) We would definitely stay there again.

My wife and her mother stayed at these apartments, and they really enjoyed it. ‘Giuseppe is a wonderful host. The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable. A very beautiful terrace. The location of the apartments is great. The beaches and the train station are close. The breakfasts are very tasty. The host is available almost 24/7 and is always happy to help.’
