Bed wasn't the most comfortable and only had 1 pillow but other than that we would highly recommended it

A nice comfortable room, quiet and peaceful at night, located on a side street by one of the canals and a beautiful bakery. Our room was located up one flight of stairs. Rinata was wonderful at keeping in contact with great instructions about how to get to our accommodation and where to store our luggage before check in time. She was incredibly helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a nice clean room, no frills but comfortable at a reasonable cost (compared to many other rooms in Venice) then this is the place to stay. The Santa Croce area is lovely and about 20 min walk to St Marks Square.

Host was lovely and husband was very informative when he showed us to our room. Coffee supply was a bonus and the breakfast treat Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was perfect. Was a perfect room in a perfect location!

Staff was very friendly. The room was clean, just not very bright, which was not a problem for us. The room was cleaned and coffee capsules were replaced daily. It is in a great location to walk to the train station in Venice with heavy luggages, you don't have to climb too many stairs. You can also walk to San Marco, it takes about 15-20 minutes. Favorite thing is that they offer a free locker where you can leave your luggages on check-out day. It brings you one day extra.

Not related to the host, but the construction in the building started around 9 in the morning and it was hard to sleep longer. The floor could maybe be cleaner. There is a window in the room with a nice view, but smells of pigeons when you open it.

Location is amazing, walking distance from the transportation, but in a quiet beautiful street. Very private. Fantastic supermarket across the canal. Fridge in the room. The room is rather spacious. Very good shower. Coffee machine in the room!

There was nothing, the accommodation was perfect for a sight seeing trip in Venice. Perfect location close to the train station and walking distance to everywhere you’d want to visit.

The property was lovely and clean and the room was spacious. The bathroom had a good sized bathroom with a decent shower. Air con was very effective. You have tea and coffee facilities in your own room (not shared like some other properties on booking.com). Every day the tea coffee and biscuits were replenished, beds made and new towels out.

The light sensor outside the property took long to come on and I managed to save myself from what would have been a horrific fall. I still injured my shoulder in the stumble. Please be careful of the depth of the step outside of the door (owners you may want to put a reminder sign on the inside of the door)

Small room, the air conditioner wasn’t working, the staff disturbed our privacy too much, not to my liking, internet was bad. She occupied more time than I could imagine, including by sending messages, all the time asking sth sending some info. In my point of view the host was far too disturbing. Both the property and the service are not worth the money.
