We stayed in the apartment for 7 nights, traveling internationally. It is located in a perfect location right on the Corso Italia which is the main street of Sorrento that runs through the entire town, connecting it to the central Piazza Tasso which is a 5 minute walk from the accommodation. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the train station as well. It has great restaurants, shops, and cafes all in extremely close proximity. We stayed in the Diamond Suite. It's exceptionally well designed, super comfortable bed, great pillows and blanket, great powerful shower, more than plenty of space to spread out and more than plenty of closet space to put away items, hang clothes and even store luggage as well. Beautiful balcony with a view to relax on as well. But the best part of this accommodation is Michele. From the moment of booking to arrival and during our entire stay. He was there to greet us when we arrived and helped with the luggage. Within minutes he texted links with ferry and bus information, sights to see, links to Sorrentos best restaurants for dinner, breakfast, pastries and best places for drinks. We went everywhere he recommended and every place was great! He has thought of everything so you get the full experience of not only Sorrento the town, but it's food and ambiance as well as the Amalfi coast. He was always available for whatever we needed or answer any questions. He always replied within minutes. Our day of checkout at 5:40am we were informed our 3pm flight that day was cancelled and we were rebooked for same time the next day which now required an additional overnight stay. I immediately texted him concerned about having to find a place to stay at the last minute for the additional night. Within minutes he responded and told me not to worry, he will handle it. I didn't worry because his assurance was all I needed and he handled everything as promised. There aren't enough words to describe what an exceptional host Michele is.

Absolutely nothing to say, everything was perfect.

The host, Michael, was incredibly attentive. We had all the details for the area and the room before we stepped through the door. Offside parking was a breeze after arranging through Michael. Our room was large, the bed was very large and beautifully equipped with clean, crisp linen. We had a fridge and a kettle. Above all, everything was superb clean. It was also cleaned every day whilst we were out. We slept extremely well, there's no noise from the city - the centre is only a minute away - and everything you want to visit is very close. If you want to book a trip or a restaurant do it through Michael, he will definitely know who to call and speak to so as you get the best service. Thank you Michael.

Michele was so helpful and especially kind during a stressful time. My husband has dementia and he had an episode. Michele was very understanding. He also met us at the train station and walked us back to the hotel. He gave several suggestions on restaurants and transportation. I will definitely stay again in the future.

Everything in Sorrento is very expensive so this was equivalent. The diamond suite was slightly less than the Michelangelo room but I newer and better.

The location was ideal, quiet location but still close to the main town restaurants etc. Michele the host was excellent, he was responsive, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. He recommended a few restaurants, every one was good.

What can I say! We are so glad we booked to stay at Dimond Suite as Michele is the most exceptional host. The room’s aesthetic is spectacular. Cleanliness was outstanding (and I have high standards!) and room service was daily with fresh towels and very attentive. The location is excellent, close to centre and port / station/ buses and easy to find your way around. Michele is there on the rare occasion you do need assistance and extremely responsive which was really appreciated. The room and apartment building is gate so felt very safe and quiet at night ensuring a good night’s rest after a busy day exploring the amalfi coast. Fridge in room was a nice touch to be able to store drinks / iced coffees for an early morning acclimatisation on the lovely balcony and started the day off right. Bed was so comfy which can be rare these days! Cannot recommend enough and when we come back we won’t stay anywhere else!

Almost nothing, the only thing that could've used improvement is very common in most rooms I've seen and it's that the faucet and shower heads could use a little mineral stone cleaning but nothing that really bothered us.

First of all, Michele greeted us with a warm welcome, helped us in whatever we needed and at any time of the day. Secondly, the room was beautiful with big comfortable beds and really good facilities. In addition to that, the location is very good really close to the center of the city, in a good and safe area of the town and is well secured. In conclusion our stay was as good as we could've asked for.

I stayed at Diamond Suite towards the end of my three week Italy trip and, without being over dramatic, I think it saved the whole experience. I was actually booked into a different place/town but left early because it really wasn’t meeting my needs. Diamond Suites was a comfortable, quiet and convenient reprieve for my last week in Italy and I couldn’t have been happier. Michele is so very kind and helpful - a real gem and I highly recommend this place.
