We loved the design of the room, the cleanliness and the attention to detail. The room was spacious and comfortable. The host Giulia made sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived (even before). Highly recommended! Loved everything about it! Whenever i come back to Verona, i will definitely stay here again :)

Perfect stay! Loved the location and was spotlessly clean. Contactless entry and we were able to check in early and left our bags in the locker provided to run around Verona the day of departure. Highly recommend!

Everything was just fabulous. Huge bed and very comfortable, a safe, mini fridge with goodies inside courtesy of the owner Guilia, the bathroom with a huge double shower, the location only a 2 minute walk to Piazza Bra and the Verona Arena. Restaurants and shops within 2 minutes walk. Just amazing location. Correspondence from the owner about security codes to enter the building was spot on and also the option to use a locker to store luggage was fabulous.

We had a wonderful stay here during our honeymoon and Giulia was very kind to give us some gifts to make our stay extra memorable. The location is perfect. Walkable to all the attractions while being near the bus stop as well. The bed is very comfy and we were able to sleep very well.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Verona! The location could not be more perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the Arena, Juliet’s House, and all the major attractions, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and soundproofed, which made for an incredibly comfortable and restful stay. Not being able to stay longer!

The location is in a quiet street but within walking distance to restaurants and the hub of the city. The room was gorgeous, the bed and bedding was beautiful, best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time and loved the window shutters to keep the light out. Air-con was great and really appreciated the water and snacks in the room. Giulia was able to let us into the room early which was great but the luggage storage is a bonus if the room isn’t ready early. Self check into the room is very easy

We have booked long weekend and we have been super happy with Dimora La Fratta and very grateful for the amazing helpfulness, support and excellent service from Giulia. We loved the room and the possibility to have two separate beds. It has been a very modern, comfortable and clean room. The proximity to everything was great. And the handling of checking in an out and the possibility to store the luggage was very easy and helpful. We would come back to this place when coming back to Verona!

Absolutely no room for improvement.

We made a spontaneous trip to Verona mainly to see the opera, and booked this accommodation last minute, prioritizing cleanliness and proximity to the Arena. One month into our 50-day world trip — including some excellent hotels — this was by far our favorite stay! Every piece of furniture and item was arranged with care and great taste, and above all, our host Giulia was incredibly responsive and genuinely helpful. Most remarkably, I had left my glasses behind after check-out, and she went out of her way to ensure I could safely receive them during our travels. Thanks to her, I truly want to return to Verona someday. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

Check-in was easy with a code, and communication with Giulia was excellent - she was quick to help with any questions or concerns. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised with welcome gifts upon arrival. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the Arena di Verona

Modern, very comfortable, spacious, all immensities included, quiet, close to excellent restaurants and sights. Comfortable beds, large bathroom, very clean and well equipped. Our host suggested several restaurants that were excellent!

Very new and modern appartment, with great bathroom and air con. Entry is via keycodes, so didn't meet host Giulia, but she was contactable via WhatsApp and was very responsive to questions or requests.

Absolutely amazing. By far the best value of money I could find, also the best location, best facilities… We were absolutely speechless by this place. Giulia was very helpful and nice, there’s absolutely not a single inconvenient I could think about. We were only there for 2 nights and we wish we would stay longer. We will absolutely book again when we’ll be back in Verona !

Perfect location very close to the Arena and the old town. The rooms were amazing, with everything you need, including toiletries, kettle, iron, etc. and very well decorated. The hostess was very kind and sent us a lot of recommendations for places to eat. Lovely stay.
