The noise until late at night. *But they were careful and put earplugs in the room and we used :)

Located right in the center where all the tourist attractions were on 5-10 minutes away walking. At the reception gave us a warm welcome and all the details to have a wonderful vacation. The room was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed. I warmly recommend this locatione

The only thing is you are close to the piazza so there is a lot of foot traffic and if noise bothers you then it might not be the best spot for you. But they do give you ear plugs if you need.

Breakfast provided was great at a little cafe round the corner. Worked as weather was good, not so sure if it had rained.

Brilliant location for Uffizzi, Duomo, Strozzi and places to eat. And designer shops for those interested.

I recommend calling Maurizio as soon as you arrive, as we didn't receive any instructions on how to get into the building and waited 30 minutes for an answer to our WhatsApp message.

Brilliant location in the heart of Florence and a short walk to all the highlights including the train station, Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo. The room wasn't large but it was fine for one night. Maurizio recommended a fantastic restaurant and we had live opera with our dinner, as operatic students were busking around the corner.

The location was fabulous and Maurizio was a fantastic host. He was always ready to help with any question we had. I would Definity stay here again. My husband forgot his shorts and T-shirt and Maurizio went out of his way to meet my friend and give the articles back to him.

As it’s very central, it can get noisy at night. However, the host provided us with ear plug. I didn’t really bothered me anyway.

The location is fantastic, you can walk everywhere within few minutes. Marcelo, the host, is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. He provided us with a map of the center and showing us all the good adresses to eat/drink and what to visit. He even helped us carried our heavy suitcase downstairs. We had a lovely time at the B&B - highly recommended.

The lift was on the first floor, the room was on the second floor.

Lovely host. Maurizio gave us so much information to make sure we got to see as much as we could in Florence. Even restaurant recommendations and draw all over a map to help us. The room was clean and spacious. AC worked great, and the view of the street was nice. The location was amazing. We didn't need any transport anywhere aside from a taxi to the station, which only cost €10 and easy to get outside the B&B. Because of the location, there will be noise until about midnight, and after that, hardly anything. It did not affect our sleep at all. The breakfast was from a cafe about a 5-minute walk. Three options to choose for. It was OK, nothing special tbh

The location was excellent as it was a very short walk from the Santa Maria Novella Train station and also very close to all the major landmarks of Florence. Maurizio was very friendly and welcoming. He helped us with the local spots of the town as well as great food and Restaurant locations.

It can be a little noisy as it is next to the square so you have louder crowds at night and then trucks/delivery lorry’s in the morning but the hotel provides ear plugs and double glazing windows to block out if needed!

The bathroom is very small and has Greek plumbing - you can't flush toilet paper, it has to go in a bin. Can be noisy at night. There is no lift from the ground floor to the first floor so you must carry luggage at least that far.

Excellent location! Just minutes from all the main attractions. Good value. Mauricio is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is around the corner in a lovely café and was very good.
