Not located in the greatest area but we felt very safe.

Near the airport, on the shuttle line. Staff even came to our door when we didn't show up for our airport ride.

More information needs to be made available about the shuttle bus , not available after 11 pm and not readily available in morning taxi from Airport was 50 euro for a distance of 2.5 km ,

It's no problem with scuff marks on the walls etc as it's an older type property (still nice though). But the scuffs could have a coat of paint. Or some special cloth to remove the marks. It's all I noticed. Didn't effect my stay though, would stay again.

Easy shuttle service to the door. Pay direct to the resort. Great breakfast and comfortable beds.

Clean and close to the airport. The staff was friendly. Monya got up early to setup the breakfast before 7am so the guest leaving at 6:30 could have something to eat before their flight.

The wifi in the room wasn’t great.

This was a great spot just for an overnight stay before taking an early flight, about 10 minutes from the airport. The staff was helpful and gave us directions to the restaurants and bars. The room was clean and comfy.

Pillows, hot tub not working, no food places or restaurants close by. USB port on one side of room did not work.

Our bed was broken on one side, it wasn't terrible but it meant that the mattress sloped down on the right hand side. The Bathroom needs some attention. There was no shower curtain and the bath wasn't fixed with silicone all the way around ( which I hadn't seen) so I soaked the bathroom floor.

The location is fantastic if you need a place to stay near the airport. The room we had was cosy with good AC, storage and a big bath. Our room also had the biggest TV I've ever seen, unfortunately we didn't get to use it as we arrived very late in the evening, had we arrived a little earlier, I'm sure we would have enjoyed a film. The night porter was absolutely charming and the lady who served breakfast was also very friendly.

It would have been helpful to have had a window in the main room because it was very dark.

The shower was freezing cold when my husband tried to take a shower in the morning before our flight. Never got warm. Also be aware that there is no soap in the bathroom.

This hotel is like a little oasis in the city of Fiumicino. It was a lovely, calm, lush setting, which was a delightful surprise in the middle of a less-than-picturesque street. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming. And in spite of hearing a plane fly directly overhead as we arrived, we were NOT aware of or kept up by the sound of planes at night. It was easy to arrange for the shuttle to the airport when we checked in.

The breakfast was nice. I was impressed with the staff: Fabian, Sara, Moniea, and the lovely woman who registered my family in! Everyone was so kind, helpful, gracious, and l will definitely be back in the near future! I have told my colleagues what a wonderful group of people l met and how welcoming they were to my husband and children! The driver Andreia was kind and prompt bringing us to the airport and this ride was arranged by the lovely lady at the front desk. I appreciated everything they did for us!

1. It would be nice if the shuttle service was included in the price. 2. I think there was no AC in the room. 3. There is nothing to buy in the hotel, not even water, but there is a super Market nearby. 4. There was no wholemeal bread at the breakfast, or other whole meal alternativ.

One can't set the aircondition temperature since it's one aircondition to the entire place, and they fix one temperature to all rooms. There is no shelf inside the shower for soap.

The place is in good location and near the airport, breakfast is good and the staff is effeciat and polite.
