Being in front of the Vatican Museums, there was a lot of people staying on the public stair in front of the building entrance door and this is was l a little annoying when living or arriving. The size of the room for four people was ok although not spectacular (that is why I removed one point).

The location is great because we went to Rome for the Jubilee and this place is really at 2 mins from the Vatican. The bedroom was super-clean and anything was absolutely perfect. The staff really great.

Adding some manual for air conditioner would have been nice. Also we didn't find iron but honestly we didn't ask, I can imagine it might have been somewhere. Also in the mornings people starting gathering downstairs as it is a point for excursion start so might be noisy if you sleep with the window opened

Nice location, close to everything. Easy access to the building and apartment, kitchen in common space. Bed and pillows were comfortable

Communal area was small and very close to the bedrooms and therefore you might get some kitchen noise.

Air conditioning seemed to be a bit undersized for the room as it took a while to cool down but it honestly wasn’t that big of a deal

Owner was so nice and very accommodating. We were coming from a cruise and he allowed us to check in early so we could drop off our bags and start exploring Rome. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable

The room was fantastic. The location was brilliant. The host visited us and enjoyed our English accents. When we had trouble with the safe - staff arrived promptly. When we heeded a cab the staff ordered this for us. The app to open the building/apartment/room doors is fab too.?

Only good words: perfect location, literally across the street from The Vatican Museum, great hosts, everything in the apartment is brand new, good water pressure. We had room nr 4, that has a perfect balcony. We were absolutely happy with our stay. In the night quiet.

The instructions were super clear, the location is amazing, right in front of the Vatican Museums (the area is a little crowded during the day, but it did not bother us). The metro station was about 10 minutes walk away (station : Ottaviano). We felt very safe and comfortable. The room was clean and Francesca was super responsive and sweet!

The room was very tastefully decorated and immaculate. The host was welcoming, charming, and respectful. The residence is perfectly situated near the Vatican. I'll be recommending this residence to anyone I know visiting Rome.

The location is right across the street from the Vatican. Many local restaurants and convenience stores you can walk to. Our room was wonderful! Modern, clean, comfortable beds and a lovely balcony. They provided small snacks and there’s a small refrigerator & espresso machine in room. The staff is amazing! The owner’s son greeted us upon arrival and stored our luggage for us until our room was ready. We would definitely stay here again!

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was ideal, with everything I needed nearby, and the area felt safe and welcoming. What truly stood out, though, was the hospitality – the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available for anything I needed, from tips about the area to restaurant recommendations. I felt completely at home and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting. I hope to come back soon – thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

Everything was perfect! The apartment is just right next to the Vatican museum entrance. Staff are the best, always available for anything. The apartment was extremely clean, really good coffee and cookies. Also the apartment is really modern. I won't think twice if I go back to Rome and I need where to stay
