Great, huge room and huge bathroom. Very good location, 10 minutes from the station and 5 minutes to the old town. Check-in and check-out were without any problems, and the host was very nice. Everything is clean and modern. If I return to Monopoli, it will definitely be here.

Nice Appartement situated in the Center of the city with a nice cafe and restaurants/bars nearby. Communication was great.

As mentioned by other guests there is some noise due to close by streets and bars but we enjoyed the central location.

This was the best stay and most spacious room whilst in a very central area. Everywhere was walkable. The host was very accomodating and quick to respond to any questions and queries. LOVED my stay!

We booked this apartment because we saw a very appealing photo online. However, the actual apartment was not what we expected. It was quite old inside, with some basic things missing — there was no curtain, no clothes hanger, and no real amenities. On the positive side, the bed was large and comfortable, but overall, the room felt cold and outdated. That said, the service was very good, and both people we met were extremely kind and polite.

We liked the place, the room and the host! Everything was perfect, convinient and aristocratic! We would visit again for sure!

Spacious and slightly retro -a real feel of how people used to live without being old fashioned or run down. The apartment reminded me of the ones in Schindlers List, lived in family homes. There were two bedrooms and an outside sitting area plus a little lobby. Exceptionally safe and the WiFi was excellent! Great for a couple or with kids. Parking outside we got lucky but if you hover you will get something. Only a short stroll to the main square and into the old town beyond. It felt like you were actually in the town rather than a tourist trap.

The shower is ok but from another era so quite small. Air con works but needs a boost as apartment so big!

Well-situated between the train station and the center of town.

The room was furnished in a curious way. There was no desk. The toilet had no holder for the toilet paper. There was only one small hook for the towels and no place to put your clothes as you changed except on a wet sink or on the floor. Strange. The pillows and mattress were hard.

Great location, just minutes out of old town. Host Goffredo was friendly & accommodating. Comfy beds and aircon in each room. Would definitely stay again!
