Nothing, it was perfect and service is superb?

This is the best experience we had in Puglia! Giacomo, the owner, met us on our late arrival, and was so kind to offer us a quick city tour in Polignano a mare center. We had a car but it’s also just a few minutes walk from the facility. The place has an amazing eclectic decoration, a unique space that makes you want to stay there all day long 😃. Breakfast is served in a common table, spacious enough to enjoy the selection and seat around one big table. We will definitely visit again ! Thank you Giacomo!

Gorgeous setting. We had Suite Caruba...quirky and unique. Breakfast area and food were gorgeous. A little piece of heaven tucked away.

A lovely calm, peaceful space with very cool and funky decor. Less than a 10 min walk to the old town. The staff were so helpful nothing was a problem and breakfast was nice & varied. Would highly recommend

There were a lots of flies & the main road is fairly close so there id a bit of road noise, but it didn't bother us.

Delightful hotel. Lots of great design touches. Our room was comfortable. The pool was lovely, if a little cold. The breakfast was very good - communal dining was great for getting to know the other guests. Jacomo and his team could not do enough for us, especially Anna Maria, Matteo and the lady doing the breakfast. It's a little island of peace & tranquility.

Just be aware there are alot of insects around the region so ne sure to pack jungle spray/ citronella to stop the bites. Other than that the staff were excellent in providing everything!

The bed and mattress are absolutely sensational! Cannot fault the entire place. Fantastic food and brilliant atmosphere at the breakfast table. Totally recommend.

The pool was not heated so too chilly for me to swim in. The resort is about a 10 minute walk to the restaurants and the old town which was totally fine apart from the odd night we wanted to eat at the resort. Then we got pizza from a restaurant a 5 min walk away. Be aware it is quite close to the main highway and you can hear the traffic from the pool.

The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Thank you to Mattio who was amazing. The breakfast was lovely and we really enjoyed the communal table as every day we got to meet and chat with the other guests. The pool area, reception area was lovely and thoughtfully decorated. Great cocktails. Polignano is stunning!

I stayed here spontaneously after a flight cancellation. It was such a beautiful surprise to end up somewhere so lovely off of the back of an unfortunate event. Jacomo was so helpful and accommodating, as were his staff. The hotel itself is beautiful, a little oasis within 5 minutes of the hustle and bustle of the historical centre. I will definitely come back if I find myself in Polignano again!

Really not much that could be changed! Maybe the option to have milk in your room if you’re making tea/coffee?

The owner and staff were so friendly and accommodating. They really went above and beyond for us. We loved how homely and private the hotel was. Between my friends and I, we took up 7 rooms and as the hotel has 10 rooms, it really felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. Fabulously chic but rustic. The interior design is just perfect and the pool and bar area were wonderful. Relaxing and so, so special. The breakfast too. I wish I could wake up to breakfast every day with my friends around that table! The beach and town was only about a 10/15 min walk and actually we preferred to be in quieter surroundings.

Only a small thing but the air con in the room was sporadic and quite noisy at times.

This was a little oasis of pure heaven. Beautifully decorated with lots of gorgeous touches. We had a suite with a spa bath and our own terrace with sunbeds.The pool area was gorgeous and a pool bar serving lovely cocktails, beer and wine. The breakfast area was stunning with an excellent choice and lovely to sit around a large table with the other guests. It is about 8 minutes walk in to the old town which is outstanding. Many bars and restaurants and the views are incredible. Staff at the hotel can not do enough for you and were lovely. I thoroughly recommend this hotel it is wonderful.

Maybe change the music around the pool area only so much jazz a person can take 😂. Also on final morning we were awakened by the gardener at 6.30 am moving furniture and sweeping which was a bit annoying.

Everything was great staff very helpful great with restaurant booking and suggestions always happy to help you in any way, great hotel so peaceful and quiet. We were worried about the walk into town but found it ok and walked there and back every day. Breakfast so tasty and fresh will be hoping to return some day as polignano a mare is up there with one of the nicest places I have been in Italy stunning!

Echi di Puglia is a hidden oasis with a beautiful garden. The pool and the pool bar is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Amazing hospitality from the staff and owners. It really is some of the best, and most authentic customer service I have received from an accommodation while traveling. The breakfast is absolutely amazing and so fresh. I love Puglia, and when I return for my third visit, I will be sure to book this accommodation again.
