Just next to the main road, so a bit noisy in the morning Shampoo n body showers were in v.small amount There were no salts or peppers for cooking... although all the utensils were available.

All the necessary cookware for meal preparation was provided. However, I chose not to use the frying pan as its Teflon coating was severely damaged. There were no large cups for drinking tea, and surprisingly, no wine glasses were available.

What I would particularly like to highlight is the exceptionally helpful staff. Due to technical issues, we were unable to open the key box upon arrival, which delayed our access to the hotel room by four hours. The manager apologized multiple times, both over the phone and via chat. In the end, the hotel generously and graciously compensated us for the delay. About the room: The room was clean and well-prepared. The bed linen and sanitary facilities were clean and had a pleasant aroma. The room includes a large balcony. Parking and the ski room are conveniently located in the basement. The Bormio ski lift is an 8-minute drive away.

It was surprisingly quiet (at least at our side, to the yard), Bormio is not big so actually not far away from shopping/city. Good room, clean and sufficiently equipped for cooking etc. Nice terrace!

As others have said, it is all DIY, just the apartment and that's it - come with all your own stuff for cooking, even washing up liquid. Walls were quite thin but it wasn't a big problem.

Very comfortable beds, kitchenette and clean bathroom. Fridge. Garage included with room to leave skis and boots. All very good and appreciated. We accidentally forgot our hair dryer and they kindly shipped it back to us

The walls are quite thin and you can hear the neighbours. Rooms are cooled by the water floors, which didn’t help in the extreme heat of July-August 2023. But I think in the normal conditions it should be fine.

The owner was very nice and welcome. We were arriving really late and he was waiting for us. Next morning drying the breakfast I’ve asked if they have any vegetables and starting the next day fresh vegetables were present every time. Iva gave us some advice for site seeing and other stuff. Definitely recommend.

The kitchen is equiped, yet only limited (eg. wine glasses).

The terras was nice. Check in well explained and the pizzeria downstairs serves good food and drinks. The garage is also a nice surplus.

The hotel charges a $60 cleaning fee, although they don't actually clean the room. I mentioned this to the host and they came once, cleaned the floor and gave me fresh towles. But I would expect a bit more considering they charge such a hefty cleaning fee. No mention of the "we don't clean the room" policy was in the booking. The host told me that because it is a "residence" and not a hotel, they don't clean. It would have been nice to know this upfront.

The restaurant was good and had very friendly service. The room was pretty quiet. Parking was secure and onsite. Kitchen was well equipped.
