Only suggestion I'd offer is to have a microwave to heat up the cold breakfast choices.

Alessia was wonderful. Gave us so many good suggestions and recommendations, always with a smile. Luisa the breakfast person/cleaner terrific as well. Made our stay great. Good location, near everything. Had a great 4 day stay in sorrento.

Absolutely nothing

Right from before we arrived Alessia sent us photos and great directions, they welcomed us early, and gave us a lot of suggestions for excursions and restaurants. The room was large and very comfortable. The Tv was great with both my English business news networks to keep up on the markets. Was able to YouTube my sports including MLB and NFL. The music in the square can be heard when the patio door was open, but when it was closed the room was silent ( except of course the odd siren from emergency vehicle). Louisa was very friendly, and helped us with our morning room needs and put out an incredible breakfast spread, so much variety that we didn’t need lunch. These girls are amazing. When we return to Sorrento, we will definitely be staying there again.

Everything was exceptional!

The location was perfect! Close to everything! Our room was beautiful and exceptionally clean! The breakfast was great every morning! The girls were so friendly, nice and helpful! Before arriving I needed to set up a driver to take us to Naples airport the day we were leaving. Alessia handled everything for me! I would absolutely stay again when I come back to Sorrento!

Property was so conveniently located to shopping restaurants and marina. Was soundproof so was quiet and could not hear noise from outside even though it was in a busy area. Alessia at the front desk could not be more helpful

We loved our stay at Ely’s Suite in Sorrento. The room was spacious, modern, and beautifully updated. Breakfast was well prepared and we especially enjoyed having it on the balcony. The location is unbeatable—right in the center of Sorrento, making it so easy to go in and out between activities. Another highlight was the soundproof windows; while the balcony overlooks a lively and sometimes noisy street, inside the room it was perfectly quiet. A wonderful mix of comfort and convenience!

We had the Suite with a loft. It was spacious for 3 adults. The loft provided privacy for the person staying upstairs. It was the best Suite arrangement I have ever stayed. The location was great, right off the main Square in Sorrento. Perfect for we first timers to Sorrento.

This property is centrally located in the heart of Sorrento town. There are only 5 rooms in this property and the room we were assigned was both spacious and spotless. The bed was comfortable and clean. Staff were really helpful and allowed us to leave luggage within the property while we strolled waiting on our flight. They also provided some recommendations for local restaurants and transport to the airport. Breakfast is served just outside the rooms and plenty of options from pastry’s to cakes etc. Free coffee machine which is available 24hrs which was a nice plus. There was also a mini bar in the room with some complimentary drinks (coke zero, water, juices, prosecco and yogurts) which was a nice addition. 10/10, thanks for the stay and would definitely stay here again when we return to Sorrento,

The property was extremely clean, well maintained and in the most convenient location right in the middle of everything. The marina and beaches are just a short walk away. All of the shops and restaurants are just steps from the entrance.

From start to finish, Alessia was absolutely instrumental in making our stay exceptional! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area, offering fantastic recommendations for both dining and excursions. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better. We loved enjoying breakfast on the balcony each morning, taking in the charming sounds and views of the piazza below. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. Alessia also went above and beyond by helping us arrange parking, which was especially helpful since we drove in from the airport. Overall, a wonderful experience. The room doors do not have keys or locks, and close automatically. Just make sure the door is shut as it sometimes opens if another room's door is closed.

This place is clean and comfortable, in a central location, a true hidden gem. The staff (especially Alessia) went above expectations to plan all the activities for our stay. The breakfast buffet is served in a cute manner and is very delicious. Would love to stay longer and visit again!

Difficult to locate !!
