Beautiful accommodation in an ideal location when visiting charming Sorrento! Prior to arriving, we received detailed information for check-in from Peppone, who kept in contact throughout our stay and ensured we had everything we needed. Check-in was at the office in the town centre, just a short walk from the train station. Within minutes, everything was arranged, and we were on the free shuttle to our accommodation. Whilst on the shuttle, Peppone explained how the free shuttle to and from the centre worked as the accommodation is not reachable by a normal sized vehicle. During our stay, we found the shuttle to be extremely convenient, saved on the cost of taxis, and took away the stress of driving along Italy's very, very narrow streets. The accommodation itself was set in a beautiful location and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There was a very nice pool and jacuzzi and the vending machine and free coffee were great. If you want to go on a tour e.g. boat trip to Capri or Almalfi, you simply have to contact Peppone who arranges everything for you through Jollyrent. We found the prices to be comparable if not cheaper than those through other companies. We were also grateful to be able to store our luggage free of charge on the last day after checkout so that we could still enjoy Sorrento. We thoughroughly enjoyed our vacation at Eterea Charming Suites and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Sorrento.

Nothing really Might not be suitable for older people who are less agile as there are stairs to climb to the apartment but for us no problem

Everything we needed for a 3 day stay over in Sorrento… up in the hills a bit but as Peppone was very organized and punctual the shuttle bus made it all the more memorable! Fab to have the hot tub as we don’t stay out late and it’s nice to relax after a busy day sightseeing and eating! Great Value! Had a great past cooking lesson close by also organized by Peppone … we loved it 😍

The accommodation was great; spotlessly clean and comfortable. Peppone, the owner is a great host, nothing was too much trouble and he really does go out of his way to ensure you have a great experience. The area is quiet, so it was great to come back each day from exploring and relax by the pool away from the bustle of town. The shuttle service provided is a brilliant bonus for getting to and from the town. Highly recommend if you are staying in Sorrento.

This accommodation was great. The manager/owner, Peppone, was incredibly helpful and attentive. He really went out of his way to ensure we had a great trip. The area is quiet which is great for relaxing by the pool. They provide a shuttle service which takes you into town and is very convenient. Our room was large, clean and modern.

Peppone was an exceptional host - truly outstanding in his kindness and attention to detail. Accommodation spotless. Wonderful tranquil location - only a 3 minute shuttle ride from the hubbub in town. Shuttle fantastic - responsive and always on time. Great pool and hot tub. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, out of the property managements control a neighbouring dog likes to bark at night living in adjacent to this property.

Beautiful location to stay out of the busy streets of Sorrento. Shuttle service provided and picked up within 10 minutes of any requested shuttle service to go back and forth from the unit to downtown sorrento. Peppone and staff were very helpful and nice. Well manicured property with pool area to enjoy. The unit itself was very clean, with coffee, snacks and water provided. Would suggest this property for anyone visiting Sorrento.

Only one of the apartments actually has a sea view.

The washing machine was great to have! The location is good and it is still walkable, but the shuttle was fantastic. The host was friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location near to the town with the free shuttle that drops you off within the centre of the beautiful Sorrento. The pool is perfect and it feels like your own and also a jacuzzi to relax in the evenings. Staff were all very friendly and provided us with anything we needed and nothing was too much trouble.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and we were delighted with the addition of breakfast items and water etc . Although the property was up a hill from the main town we were happy as it was peaceful safe and felt like having our own villa .The host advised us of how to get around using the free shuttle service and it was a great addition and the drivers were brilliant . I really feel the property was the cleanest and most maintained place we have stayed at . The surroundings and pool area are gorgeous and in keeping with the area we loved having time around the pool and going into town either early morning and or evening . We also had visits to Pompeii Vesuvius and Capri all arranged through Peppone who kept us right with timings etc.Overall feel very privileged to have spent time in such a lovely setting and would recommend to anyone .

We enjoyed everything about the place.

Great location not right in the hustle and bustle. Walkable to the city center though. Amazing views as you're up on a hill. Staff was also so so kind! They offer shuttles to and from the hotel to the city center. Just need to let them know about an hour or so in advance. Will definitely stay there again!

Would benefit from a luggage stand apart from that it was amazing!

Amazing view from the suite with a hot tub! Some breakfast items were included in the room too. Nice communal pool. Highly recommended to get away from the busyness of Sorrento town.

Bathroom tap was stiff, the shower tray needed a good clean on the outside. Don't let that deter you though, I'm nit picking and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Beautiful location, very quiet and out of the way but the hotel shuttles made it so easy to get into town. Room was spacious and comfortable, great aircon, lovely free coffee and good sized bathroom. Staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The pool area was perfect, as were Peppone's limoncello spritz.

The staff were so catering. I loved the fact they included a little bus to get us to and from the accommodation. Very polite and the place itself was gorgeous. Best holiday in a long time! Will definitely be coming back- thank you so much!

It was a dormer style apartment so ceilings are a little low - it was not very inconvenient for us but if you were quite tall it would be something to consider.

Nicely nestled in the hills outside of the town, very homely and comfortable. We had access to our private patio with sun loungers and a beautiful view (see photo) and to a shared pool that was very quiet and peaceful any time we were there. It’s about 25 min walk from the center of the town. We had a convenient free shuttle whenever we wanted, which was ideal for us but it ends at 11pm and the apartment is not accessible by taxi so if you wanted to stay out later you would have to walk. We’d recommend hiring a moped for more freedom. The staff - Peppone in particular, was very helpful and responsive to any request we had.

Noise from next door dog and apartment above kept us awake at night. Difficult to use the sofa bed - couldn't work out how to use.

Fantastic stay with super helpful staff. Nothing was too much for them in terms of booking excursions, directions and general help. The apartment is slightly out of town but the staff were on hand with free pickups and drops off's every 20 minutes. Super clean and fantastic hot shower.
