Excellent location right in the heart of Monopoli, at a stones throw from the main square, clean room, excellent communication before and during my stay. Helpful tips & tricks. Nice view.

At 1,94m height, I was hitting my head at several doors and under the shower. It's not very roomy. Despite being quite comfortable and nice for a solo traveller, the bed might be a bit narrow for a couple. It may have been an event, but I've had two evenings of quite loud music coming from outside. Nothing that some ear buds wouldn't solve though.

Such a lovely stay! The room and bathroom were both very cute, with charming details that reflect the character of the old building. Though the space was small, it added to the cozy charm. The balcony with a sea view was the absolute highlight. I sat there for hours. The location is perfect, and I loved my time here.

The only downsides were that the room and bed were a bit small, and carrying luggage up the stairs was a bit challenging. But overall, it was a delightful stay.

The location was excellent, a few steps from all the major attractions in the Old city of Monopoli. The place was super clean and equipped with everything you need.

The roof in the bedroom is low, so you need to be careful.

Stunning little property. Natural light. Loads of lighting options. Very clean space. Really good air con. Stunning little balcony. Perfect location for everything in Monopoli. Staff were lovey, quick to communicate and had very good English. Check in was easy and smooth.

The location was priceless, right in old town with easy parking. The property was clean and tidy. The bathroom was very small but suited a short stay. The bed itself was comfortable and the TV included Netflix.

The property was up a few sets of stairs , hard with heavy bags.

Extremely small room and bathroom (I am 5ft 2 and hit my head on the top of the door between room and bathroom. No real amenities although I did ask the host for 2 bowls, mugs and spoons which were delivered within a couple of hours. Only 1 chair on the deck, would be nice to have 2 chairs so could enjoy deck as a couple, although I do understand it is very small and would be tight. Perhaps little stools would be better. Really good location, nice view especially if you get the sunrise as in did in July. Comfy bed, lovely air conditioning (it was 38 degrees when I was there. Helpful hosts.

Comfortable, clean room in a great location. Nice view of the sea from the balcony. The company was available to support us via Whatsapp with any questions. Luggage Storage was nice after checkout and we were also able to do a late checkout for a small fee which was great.

Other people in the building were quite noisy at night and in the mornings. The company should consider putting a shutter on the bathroom window as it's a bit uncomfortable to take a shower opposite another building's balcony with a window at hip-height. Also the bathroom door doesn't slide fully closed. The company was very helpful but as a slight criticism I got a feeling that all their recommendations were just upselling their own services.

This place is amazing. Great location, perfectly and lovely furnished, nicely equipped kitchen (remember to check the drawer under the table otherwise you will be looking for a shop that sells wine and opens it for you - been there done that 😅). Perfect for one person, will be great also for 2. Located close to everything you need and even more - next to the apartment there is a small boat dock where you can buy fresh "frutti di mare" in the afternoon. Contact with the owner professional and warm.

We booked the whole appartment and ended up receiving only the room. Its not very clear on booking but the place was still clean and beautiful

I banged my head because the bathroom door was very short. I did a little concussion and had to rest most of my time there. Not the best and safest place to book honestly. I wouldnt recommend

everything was just amazing! the cleanliness of the apartment was spectacular and the location was so perfect. Everything you could ever want as a traveller! Federica is so so great and was more than accomodating when it came to anything I asked. 12/10 stay

Brilliant location, a wall-mounted airconditioning unti for when you need a bit of cooling down (like during a huge European heatwave); quick and friendly service. A wine bar and cafe with decent coffee downstairs, lots of local recommendations, and right on the edge of old town. Self check-in was quick and uncomplicated. A perfect holiday spot.

This is a clean, stylish, cozy flat with exceptional location, right next to the old town. You can reach everything on foot, shops, restaurants, Monopoli's famous sights and the best beach in my opinion(Porto Rosso) and there's even a supermarket realtively near! It has amazing views of the balcony and cooking amenities if you'd like to make your own food, a great coffee machine and an AC, Wifi and Netflix which was a plus! Everything was really clean, the bed was comfortable and the host was really kind and helpful. I'd truly advise anyone to book this accomodation, because I had an impeccable stay here!

Check-in and Check-out wasn't accurate, after 3:15 pm waited 40 mins the door opened/access and at 10 am was kicked out 1 h earlier though it's written check-out till 11 am so at 10 am arrived message to go out, I came from my breakfast at 10:15 and there was a cleaning lady to get me out so no even 5 mins WC 🤣 2h later message arrived with apologies and offer to keep my stuff if I needed it but I was already driving away and of course was not interested. Be aware this is an old house with high stairs to climb to 2 floors, no lift. Difficult for tall people as the shower has a low ceiling.

A splendid stay in Fanali! The room was crystal clear and perfectly furnished and equipped. What a lovely surprise to discover a small balcony with a sea view. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee capsules and espresso machine, as well as the two small cartons of fruit juice. The location is superb. I highly recommend this establishment.

Nothing negative but two suggestions: - having arrived on a Sunday, I couldn't find a shop open to buy shampoo. An emergency pod in the bathroom would have been a real plus! - the underside of the wooden door to the room is a bit swollen and makes it a bit awkward to open.
