The place was really very clean, and it smelled fantastic each time we entered the apartment. There's a small balcony, air-conditioning and the bathroom was lovely and clean. It's situated very close to the centre of town, and there are lots of nice restaurants nearby.

The air conditioner didn’t manage to heat up the room. I guess it wasn’t meant to work for heating because the tourist season is during summer when the place doesn’t need heating anyway but unfortunately, I arrived during stormy weather and I was cold.

It’s a nice, clean, spacious room, equipped with a hairdryer and with the option to borrow an iron whenever you need it. The building is close to the city centre and about 10 minutes away from the railway station which is great if you don’t want to drive.

We stayed for 4 nights and we didn't get any cleaning. We didn't have anywhere to empty the trash. The air conditioning was quite weak.

Everything was perfect however just a note on the shower hot water, it wasn't hot enough for me and what was surprised is that sink has hotter water than shower. Not a biggie but just a small detail that can make a difference. My friend didn't complain, hot water temperature for him was perfect, so I guess it depends on the person.

Location, room is big enough, simple but with everything needed to make your stay 10/10. Claudio is super good at being at your disposal when needed.

Unfortunately there was no furniture for the balcony. The wooden desk chair that was inside was not comfortable for a longer sit and read a book. Besides that I did not want to leave a wooden chair outside as it sometimes rained. The owner suggested to take a chair from the hall way but that was the same wooden chair as in the room. There was also no table, therefore I haven’t used the balcony at all which was unfortunate.

The location, space and the friendly staff. I thought I lost my room key one night and the friendly lady was there within 15 minutes to give me a spare key. Very helpful!

Bed was too firm, same for pillows (too tall and thick). Would be nice to have two types of pillows to choose from. Mini fridge was the smallest I've ever seen, could barely fit a big water bottle.

Spacious room, balcony, perfect location close to centro storico. We parked the car at a free parking lot 8 minutes away (look up parcchegio gratuito on google maps). Very easy contactless check-in/out.

Would recommend if staying for short time because no room cleaning was provided when I was there for 3 nights. There was no trash can in the room that we can use for dispose of trash. The shower needs improvement because after a light shower, the water already leaked outside.

Located inside a clean and safe building with elevator, 10-15’ to the beach. Room was sapacious and clean. Everything looks fresh and smells good.

The property was super clean, fresh linens and had a fabulous balcony that overlooked the streets of monopoli. Easy to find and easy to access the room.
