Like the location, close to the river, its a 15 min. Walk from B&B to the river, where you can find lots of pizza, and seafood restaurants.... the walk along the river is awesome The B&B have a Cafe bar called Zefarano, very close, 15 seconds walk. They have good fresh pastry and fresh made sandwiches. They also have breakfast where I believe you will have to pay. The B&B have shuttle service to the Fiumicino airport, only 10 Euro per person. They leave every 40 mins starting at 0730 in the morning. They also have pick up service from the airport to the B&B. The price and location is Awesome.. look them up next time.

Noting really. Like I mentioned, it wasn’t fancy but clean, quiet & served its purpose for our evening before departure.

It was a ‘basic’ room; nothing fancy but clean & comfortable for our 1 night stay before flying out. The BnB is physically close to the airport but because of the way you have to enter via vehicle, it’s still not super ‘close’. Our host was Very patient in helping us find the shuttle From the airport (language barrier), then arranged a taxi for us To the airport about 5am - which was even 10 minutes early!👍 We walked the area on arrival, very peaceful, & found a great little (recommended) pizza place to sit outside & enjoy the late afternoon.

The place is located in a resedatial neighborhood, very tight streets around, and limited parking. Overall, the place is fine

The street is completely empty and a bit dark at night. You can request a self check in, but it can be a little tricky to arrive late at night (the only option is to take a taxi, and although it's less than 10 minutes from the airport, it's very expensive late at night).

A good location if you need easy access to Fiumicino Airport. I arrived at 11 p.m., so it was perfect for a one-night stay before heading to Rome. They also offer airport transportation, which is very convenient.

The pillow was very flat and been only 1 didnt give much support. Could do with a 2nd.

Excellent communication between host and us esp getting shuttle bus information as it was close to their stopping time. The B&B was small but perfect for our needs Breakfast was next door in a small cafe.

Better situated for airport access than past places I'd booked near Fiumicino Airport. The room was basic but comfortable and convenient. I had to leave before breakfast was available.

There was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom. The property is a bit more run down than the photos suggest. It was not convenient to try to reach the B&B by public transport from the airport. But the shuttle was excellent.

Lovely helpful reception from young man who was informative and friendly with a good sense of humour. Quiet location with easy parking yet near to some very good restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and very comfortable and there were more than enough fluffy towels provided and bottled water.

Basic accommodation but suitable for overnight near Fiumicino Airport. Self check-in instructions very easy to follow, shuttle bus very handy and driver very friendly.

Was somewhat hard to find the shuttle initially at the exit from the airport, pointing to a location map could be helpful. We've booked a room with 2 separate beds which we saw available online but theb upon arrival discovered that it's only one king bed in the room and the room with 2 beds is not available.

Close to the airport. Great communication via WhatsApp and in person. Very convinient, affordable and quick shutle service from and to the airport. Claudia at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful with all processes and inquiries. Good, quite location for the price.
