While it was great to have some breakfast available, I have to say I was mislead by some previous comments that were super positive. It is better than nothing but not a regular hotel breakfast.

The kitchen and breakfast was a bit sad, but you have everything you need there for a basic breakfast. Our shower drain had not been cleared of hair so the water filled up in the base of the shower quite quickly and took a while to drain.

Proximity to airport, but also Fiumicino city itself which is a hidden gem! Alessia was very helpful with instructions to get to the property and recommendations for a late dinner on the waterfront. Fabrizio is a helpful member of staff and great driver. I was particularly grateful for the working air conditioner!

Close to airport. When we phoned our host Alessia she sent an uber to us and Fabrizio was very helpful. He also took us to the airport the next day. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance of the B&B and a supermarket just down the road.

Shuttle turned up 35 mn after advising me he was gonna be there in less that 5 mn. When it's 01:30am it makes a massive difference. 40 euros for a 15 mn ride seems a lot to me though. For that rate,being on time is a bear minimum. I was expected a hotel, it was a room with a key in someone house. Breakfast: there is a common kitchen where they leave you juice in a fridge with some biscuits and some coffee that you must prepare yourself. I guess it's a question of luck if you find anything as there is no staff around at all inside the house.

I am not sure what I liked about that place to be honest. It's advertised as a hotel but it's basically someone house with some rooms that they rent out. It's old but clean, 15 mn away to the airport. Because I arrived later than expected I ask the girl that manages the place if I could check out a bit later which she gracefully accepted.

B&B option located close to the airport — good for an overnight stay during a transfer, especially if you arrive on a late-night flight. They also provide a convenient pick-up service, which makes the stay easier. The property has a well-equipped shared kitchen, where guests can enjoy tea, coffee, milk, juice, water, cookies, and waffles — available for breakfast or at any time of the day as self-service. This adds a comfort. Special thanks to Alessia for the clear instructions and support during the visit, and to Fabrizio, who made our stay outstanding with his excellent transport assistance and warm hospitality. Only 2 issues were the bathroom door wouldn't close fully as the latch is removed and the showerhead height adjuster was broken meaning it would only sit at torso level. (Difficult for a 6'1" person)

Brilliant location for airport - shuttle service is incredibly helpful especially at such an early hour. Staff very friendly and even gave us a 5am knock to make sure we wouldn't miss our flight.

The breakfast was disappointing - prepackaged cornetti and stovetop espresso maker (moka pot). The beds were comfortable but the rooms were not soundproofed at all; we could hear our neighbours snoring and children yelling in the morning. When in use the shower leaked through the wall into the bedroom.

Staff were amazing, and so helpful! We had a last minute change of plans and needed an airport pick-up at 11:30p.m. and they were able to accommodate us. Thank you!!!

The price agreed the day before for the transfer was raised by the driver without any notification from the structure, we payed more than agreed and we didnt’ like the feeling. We also slept too few because at 6/7am our room neighboors were screaming and disrespectful. Not the structure’s fault but they could put a notice asking to be respectful with other guests to prevent this from happening and a night being ruined since we got there around 12.30am. Curtains could block the sun more for the room to be darker too.

It was somewhat difficult to find because of all of the construction.

It was close to the airport and it was exceptionally clean. The host recommended a wonderful restaurant within walking distance which was a great end to a great trip! The host scheduled a driver to take us to the airport the next day which eliminated stress!

The shared kitchen right outside our room meant that when people were coming home late and cooking/drinking it was a bit noisy. We had white noise playing so it wasn't that bad but should be taken into consideration if you are a light sleeper. You could ask for a room on a different floor from the kitchen.

Beautiful interiors with the most comfortable beds we have had in 3 weeks in Italy! 🛌💤. The owner has a driver she specifically works with for airport transfers. This is MUCH easier and cheaper than a taxi! He is very friendly! Highly recommend!

Room not as advertised ie. no balcony. This is a B&B. The exterior or the building seemed neglected. Breakfast was poor. We did not meet the owner.
