The location and staff was really nice

The accommodation is recently refurbished but there are a few issues to mention. - We were there for 2 nights. There were 2 coffee pods, but only 1 plastic cup. Additional pods and cups would have been appreciated - it would be useful to have another lamp between the double and single beds, especially if the room is used by someone travelling with a child - A welcome pack e.g. bottles of water would be appreciated - as experienced in other stays in Italy - coat hangers are provided, but there is no rail in the wardrobe - the support to the left of the fridge isn't attached to the floor 🤔

The location was perfect for us. The owner was very helpful in guiding us from the train station to the accommodation.

The building has no elevator, and it is not recommended for the elderly or those with joint problems. The rooms do not have teapots, and breakfast is not included.

The location is perfect near the city centre, the aquarium, shops and restaurants.

Really good place to stay! We were three girls and loved it, the host were so kind and he met us up at the metro and showed us everything we needed to know! We will for sure stay here again next time we visit Genua!!!

One of the towels was a bit dirty but the others were ok.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The host was very nice and polite. Also the location was very good, close to the market and and other stores. We really enjoyed our stay here it was perfect for us.
