    Super clean, safe and comfortable.

Very basic, not even a bottle of water, but did match description.

The location was great. The host responded to all of my questions and met me at an agreeable time to check in.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom.

    Very well located, lovely view.

The AC wasn’t working well, and ever after the maintenance was difficult to sleep because was very hot. Pillow could be softer.

Loved the way it was decorated the room was nice. The room always stayed at a good temperature and was really clean. The host was very accommodating and messages back fast. I would stay here again.

The pillows were hard but other than that it was a great stay.

The breakfast was mainly via a coffee shop across the road and the main options were croissants/pastry, coffee and a water/juice. On the Wednesday there is a different place to go to but was not able to go there on that day. Good coffee and croissant but quite basic. There was a fridge in the room to keep small items. The room was cleaned on request the night before. The room was generally comfortable and a good size. Veronica was very helpful.

The room had a kettle and 2 mugs, but no cutlery to make tea/coffee or any tea or coffee! The A/C worked but though it was on the coldest setting it was moderately cool. The pillows were too firm for us, so used the cushions. There is also a charge for checking in after 6pm which was not clear on booking.

    Good location & spacious room

The owner was not helping at all with a bad communication in english on whatsapp. Cold behavior, no answer & no solution to my questions/concerns. She didn’t even come to welcome me at check-in. Her little sister came to give me the keys. No one mentioned that I should ask for towel change & housekeeping so no one even come to clean the trash in my room. The towels and bedsheets were not clean.

This place is well located, it’s clean and has a great shower. After a few places with small showers and clingy shower curtains, this really stood out for us! 😊 It’s in an interesting vintage building in a large complex. The suite of rooms has been fully refurbished down to the tiles. There’s easy access, the rooms are on the first floor with either a lift or easily scaled marble stairs. We had the aqua room – it shares a balcony with the green room. Yellow has its own balcony (all three facing the road) while the dark blue room doesn’t appear to have a balcony (but might be quieter, being to the side of the block). This is more a hotel style room with just a bedroom and bathroom, although both are large size. The tiling is meticulous – strange thing to notice but it was so well done! The bathroom shower is strong and hot, with lots of room. There’s a loo and bidet as well as a big vanity and towel warmer. One window to let out humid air. The thick double glazing on the doors and windows plus shutters were extremely effective in keeping out noise – I’m a light sleeper and I had no problems at all. Next doors made a bit of noise coming home late one night, but they soon quietened down and we didn’t hear anything else. Location is great, probably 10 minutes walk with suitcases to the train station and same down into the centre of the old town. There’s a supermarket on the way into the old town. I also liked that there were lots of trees and birds singing in them. Bar 2.0 across the road does good coffee and pastries for breakfast. Getting there by ferry is a lot more hassle than by train even though the actual journey is quicker. You dock at the bottom of the cliff at the port, and getting up to the town is tricky with suitcases (the elevator is not signposted or easy to find) - we got a taxi for EU35 (shared). If I had known how close the station was, I’d have chosen the train instead of the ferry.

Minor things that wouldn’t stop me recommending this place and some of which they can’t fix: The block of flats faces a busy road so there lots of traffic noise. When closed, the doors and windows kept the noise out very well but I would have liked to be able to keep things open to let some air through. Mattress and pillows were hard. This seemed to be a southern Italy thing but a mattress topper would make the mattress a bit more comfortable. City tax - get your city tax in cash to leave at the end. I had forgotten about it and the lady didn’t mention it when we checked in. We were about to check out when I checked my booking.com messages and found a message sent late the day before asking for the tax in cash. We didn’t have time to get a bank so we were a few euros short. Fridge turns off when you take the key out. I would suggest booking Sorrento as early as you can – it’s very popular, prices are generally lower the earlier you book, and reasonably priced accommodation sells out quickly.

Location was pretty good but not right in the thick of historic town. Shower was good and room was clean.

Bit skinny on things like soap and toilet paper. Bed was very firm so no sleeping in for us! Parking was expensive.

We got the yellow room and it was Easter 💛 Good location, good bed, good wifi, nice Italien breakfast.

All comunication online. There was no sign outsite so it took us time to find it. Had to call for information. We staid for five nights. Only got half a toiletroll at the start in the toilet. Asked for another and one day later we got responce. At that time we had arranged it ourselfes. We where offered once to clean the room wich is ok and they didn't give us new towels but rolled them up and put them on the bed like they where new.

    Property response:

the towels, even if they are rolled up, are clean we put them there like that 😅😅😅 also the toilet paper roll was completely full you asked for one and it was given to you for cleaning there is a large sign in the room where you are asked to ask for it at least one day before since you didn't do it we asked you.
